Used this pharmacy for years for the whole family. Not anymore. They gave us the wrong medicene, as if that wasn't enough. But having to come back hours later because your scrip is not ready( even though they sent a text stating it is ready for pick up) or having to sit in line at the drive thru or stand in line inside and wait 30 mins, just to be told your meds are not ready. No. Transferred the families scripts to Butler's Pharmacy. So much better!!

Do NOT use this walgreens for your prescriptions. My daughter needed her breathing treatment medication and inhaler. I was told it would be ready before they closed. I called the next day, after they didnt contact me and was told it wasn't ready. No explanation. Just they hadn't filled it yet. My daughter had to make an emergency trip to the hospital because this place made us wait over 2 DAYS for her medication to breath!! Absolutely disgusting. Not using this place again.

If you like waiting on the phone for long periods (never less than 10 min but most times 20-45 min) of time to get hung up on to have to start over again multiple times than this is your place. If you like countless errors and promises to do better but things only get worse than this is your place. I have spent so much time speaking to managers trying to get things resolved and promised things will get better for years honestly I am sick of it. I only get my meds from here because of the type I am on and it's hard to transfer to another pharmacy. I guarantee the second I can transfer I will. This place is WAY TO BUSY to have any kinda customer service in mind.
Just today for example I called in to make sure my meds was ready and spoke to the pharmacist. He told me 1 was ready for pick up and the other was not and it would be 4 days but I had to remind him it was a 20 day supply not 30 like the normal (i have to do this every single month and i have been getting this medication from here for over 10 years). He said like normal oh your right it can be ready today after 5 pm in the driver through or in 15 min of you come inside. This was at 11 am. Then shortly before 5 pm I get a email saying they are OUT OF THE MEDICATION. I call to see what's going on because I spoke to the pharmacist and they're phone system is down and I have to speak to someone up front give them my info and they called me back to inform me that they was out and hopefully I can get the meds tomorrow IF not comes in on truck. Keep in mind that because they waited so long I can't do anything now and this is a pain medication I take that I will now run out of. I am why I was told it will be ready after 5 when they was out. I was told that the PHARMACIST DOESN'T KNOW HOW MUCH THEY HAVE ON HAND BECAUSE IT IS IN THE SAFE. That is literally there freaking job. That's why it is a controlled substance!!!!!!! This is just one of MANY MANY MONTHLY ISSUES.
Beware if you can go anywhere else you should do so.

I certainly don’t know what is happening at this particular Walgreens, but it’s obviously not good. I don’t pick my prescriptions up here, but was trying to see if it would be possible to pick up a prescription that was not available at my regular pharmacy there. It was impossible to call and see if it was available. On hold for half an hour. I drove there to see if I could speak to someone. I get there and the line is astounding. People behind the counter were literally just letting the phones ring nonstop. Out of nowhere, they decided they were just going to close early. This angered the crowd of course. The pharmacist(?) said he would only be answering questions. I hung around and listened to the crowd yell and cuss until it was my turn. Told guy my problem. He told me he could definitely order what needed. Signed up for text messages so I would know when it would be in. Of course I never heard anything. Tried calling a week later. No. I never heard a human voice. I certainly don’t trust this place at all.

They have bad Management, the Pharmacist can't keep up if you call in a prescription it will take at least 3 days before filled they keep cutting hours but they need to be open 24 hours like they used to so they can keep up with prescriptions and not overwhelm the Pharmacist. They ran real good on 24 hours since they have cut back hours they have gone downhill have about 4 people running all over each other but 1 Pharmacist Management thinks cutting hours is helping but it's making it worse go back to the way it used to be please

I don't like it here. Most of the workers in the pharmacy are smart hateful people & just because they can be. You don't have to do anything to bring it on. More so depending on which one it is. I switched to elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Especially the one on the corner of Green St & 2nd.

I will not be coming back to this pharmacy ever after I get my prescription. I am completely out of my meds. That's on me because I have been sick. It was right before they closed and the windows were half down. Whenever I got up there and said "I need", the girl slammed the window in my face and she and what sounded like others were laughing lodly. I have never been disrespected and humiliated like that. I still had at least a minute, if not more before 8pm. I have never had someone slam the window in my face as I was talking. Granted I usually don't wait til right before closing to pick up my meds. Sometimes things happen that can't be helped. I chose this location because everyone was friendly (throughout the store) and the pharmacist was very helpful. I may not be able to get my meds now. This has been the worst treatment from an employee of a business I've ever experienced. I will be even more livid if I don't get my meds. Again, I will go somewhere else and never back to this pharmacy. Before this everyone has been so nice and helpful. I do alot of business at this location. The employee up front apologized to me. It wasn't her fault but she was very nice. I was so upset and mad, I was in tears. I'll be going elsewhere for my medication.

I would rate 0 stars but not possible. Zero common sense, prescription was out of stock instead of letting me know I had to go up the next day and ask and was told to call other Walgreens to see if they have it. If you’re going to have a business, run it professionally. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SOMEBODY’S MEDICATION CALL THEM, DO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME AND POSSIBLY CAUSE MORE HARM TO THE INDIVIDUAL

I waited on the phone on hold for over 15 minutes and heard someone pick up the phone at least 3 times and place it right back on hold without a single word with me. I'm assuming you have a system that only allows a call to be on hold for so long before it forces someone to answer. Simply putting them back on hold is clearly NOT the intended purpose of that system... especially 3+times. No wonder people hate this place. I used my entire break at work on hold and never even found out if your automated system actually took my refill request or not since it forwarded me to the office in the first place.
