Incompetency is all there is at this pharmacy. No one communicates, stuff is never ready, fingers are pointed at the doctor and the vice versa. Too many people running around in there without a clue at all.

The medicine is never in stock (most of the time) or if it actually is they tell you it is ready only for it to not even be filled when you get there. The communication is terrible and to much finger pointing towards the doctor's office to pass blame. If I didn't have to come here because of my work's insurance I would never come here. If possible for you go to Walgreens.

Sometimes I have no issues, but more times than not, I do. I feel that communication is a huge issue for this pharmacy. You call to see when a medication can be picked up, only to get there after a couple of hours to be told it’s not in stock. Or letting it sit there until you call and being told it’s not in stock instead of telling the provider so they can forward somewhere else. The workers are kind and try to solve your issues most of the time. I understand the drug shortage is out of their control. It’s just the lack of communication that’s frustrating.

A week ago, my son had 4 prescriptions written for constipation. Only 1 was filled, they were out of stock of the others, but also the others were over the counter medications. Instead of telling me that, they let me go. When I called after I got home and found out there was to be 4 medications, they were like “awe, my bad”. Today, my FNP called in a script for me, and instead of checking everywhere, they only looked in the system to see if I had a script, and then told me that they didn’t have anything. I called her and asked if she called it in, she said yes. I called them back and again they told me that they didn’t have anything. ONLY AFTER MY PERSISTENCE, did they actually look, and find it. Their laziness is showing.

I'm a combat veteran. So when I got to Walmart pharmacy drive through and asked if my prescription was ready the window attendant said yes but that my insurance wasn't showing. So I have her VA. She then explained walmart no longer honors it's veterans.

Having issues filling medications. Doctors call them in several times only for an employee to sat "We don't have it" or "I don't see it" an employee had to look up my birthday twice to find my meds. I got a text saying it's ready!! It didn't get this bad until this month. My guess is someone new is working that has no clue what she is doing.

Very rude if asking questions. Never get my meds on time. They have lied about calling in meds from my doctor just to avoid confrontation. You have to literally do their job for them. Calling them the doctor and your insurance company if the need ever arises.
