As a worker here it's actually pretty good managers are nice coaches are nice and overall pleasant experience although I will say the point system does suck other than that I have no issues with this place and will stay here as long as I need..

we went monday and they stopped us to check the receipt and the guy tried looking in one of our bags that had my moms bras in and my dad to come on because he was getting mad and that guy had the nerve to say "back off" and my dad yelled at him saying that that's our stuff and he backed up. Walmart use to be really nice and friendly now all they are is rude a try to say that you steal something

They don't have what you need they change the store around it's ridiculous they never have anything in stock. Or they quit carrying things that you do like that sells

I must post to hopefully gain attention to just how rude the staff, especially the nighttime staff, are at this store. Using profanity in front of customers and being rude is not professional on any level. Employees will nearly run you over as you walk around the store.

The cashier closed a lane as soon as I got up there and as soon as I started putting my things on the checkout side and he said "I'm closing the lane get your stuff off" all rude and stuff and I had to wait another 30 mins in the other line and half the bitches aren't even social distancing. Also they gave me a receipt when I didn't ask for one and it's really frustrating. AND they really checked all my things like I tried to steal something

i normally don't complain about walmart except when 10 lanes are open and only 3 people at a register! however the customer service is horrible!!!! you have 50 workers & everybody walking around while i waited nearly 30 minutes to get someone to help me with a heavy item!! nobody ever came!!!! what kind of customer service is that!!!!???? why are you working if you not helping??? go home!!!!! we put ourselves at risk for covid-19 the longer we are in the store around other people!!! i had mask & gloves but it still feel nasty & unsafe in our store!! y'all need to get re-trained on how to treat your customers!!!!! i'm not a happy camper!!!!

Tonight I waited an hour in the grocery pick up area before I got my order. After waiting 45 minutes a customer pulled up beside me and they got their groceries within 15 minutes of arriving while I had waited an hour. I feel that I would have waited even longer if I hadn't stopped an employee and complained.
