“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Seay Motors in Mayfield, KY. I found a great deal on a 2023 Ford F-250 and ended up making the drive down from Michigan to purchase it. Kyle was my salesperson, and he made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish.
Since I was coming from Michigan, we handled the application process over the phone beforehand. It was extremely simple, and communication with Kyle was great. They even held the truck for me without requiring a deposit, which really stood out to me because nearly every other dealership I’ve dealt with has required one.
I ended up arriving in Mayfield later than expected and wasn’t able to make it to the dealership until the following day. It was absolutely no issue. There was no pressure or rushing whatsoever, and they made me feel completely comfortable about coming in the next morning instead.
When I arrived the next day, everything was already prepared and ready to go. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes. No sitting around the dealership for hours, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and no surprises. They had everything organized and made the entire transaction a breeze.
I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, both from dealerships and private sellers, and I can genuinely say this was by far the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had.
I purchased my F-250 on May 22, 2026, so I’ve now had some time to actually own and drive the truck before writing this review. It has been absolutely perfect, I’ve had no problems with it, and I’m still just as happy with the purchase as I was the day I drove it home.
It says a lot that I drove all the way from Michigan to Kentucky to buy this truck, and after both the buying experience and how happy I’ve been with the truck, I would absolutely make the trip again. I highly recommend Seay Motors, and especially Kyle!”
