Truist Arena is a newer, accessible venue that is easy to reach with a short walk from parking areas. The arena has a well-laid-out design and comfortable seating, making it suitable for various events such as basketball games and dance competitions. Concessions are available, and the bathrooms are clean and easy to access. Handicapped seating is accessible via the skybridge from the garage, offering a good view of the event. However, the arena is quite small and may feel crowded during larger events like concerts or monster truck shows, which can limit space for performances. Parking can be challenging, with long wait times even when arriving early, and there is a large bottleneck getting to and from the parking areas. Sound quality during concerts may not always be optimal, and crowd control can be a concern, especially with lines and line-cutting. Overall, it is a decent venue suitable for smaller events and sports, but may not be ideal for large concerts or events requiring more space.
Decent arena - seems well laid out. Came here for a quick dance competition. Seems counter intuitive but be sure to park in the parking structure on the TOP floor by the walkway to get closest to the entry.

The Truist Arena was a good venue for a concert. Seating was OK. You had room to move.

Went to Winter Jam 3/24/24 and the sound was not great couldn't hear what they were singing. No one controlled the crowd and people were cutting in front of the line. Was a nice place but too small for concerts. Would like to know what the capacity is
