“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”

“I was totally satisfied with the finished product. When I took it to Crone's for an estimate they came out looked at it and emailed the estimate to me within an hour or so. I took my Jeep to 2 other body shops and they said they did not even know where to begin with giving me an estimate! I mean isn't this what you do for a living here? I took it to Crone's and it was ready when they said it would be and they did an awesome job on my hood and fenders. “My car was hit head on while parked on the street. It was a very anxiety-filled morning talking with the police, insurance, tow company etc. I was so frazzled when I arrived at the shop to discuss repairs but the front desk associates and person who worked on my car, Davonte, instantly eased my anxiety with their professionalism and can-do attitude. They talked through the damage, what repairs would most likely need to be made, and assured me that all I had to do was wait for updates. They called me twice a week to keep me informed. Davonte was so kind and reassuring and made sure I understood all the updates throughout the process. I was really worried about what my car would look like when I got it back, but she looks brand new and better than ever! I am including a photo of the before and after of what my car looked like the morning it was hit and the day I picked it up. Give Davonte a raise! He really kept me sane through this whole process. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family. 10/10!”
“I have had body work done on several cars here over the last few years, and had nothing but great service and fantastic results at a very reasonable price! Most recently, I had a couple spots repaired (a fender scraped against the garage door, and a dented/scratched passenger side door) on my beloved "Blue Magnetism"-colored Prius. I was really worried that the paint could not be matched well, since it is kind of an unusual color. But American Auto Body knocked it out of the park! They even washed and buffed the whole car, so it was super clean and sparkly when I picked it up. It looks absolutely perfect. Couldn't be happier!”

They’ve gone above and beyond to make things right which I’ve really appreciated and they do quality honest work for an extremely reasonable price. Just keep in mind that because of how good their work is they are extremely busy so if you can’t get a hold of them that’s probably why!”
