Absolutely unprofessional staff. Only people I liked were the receptionist and X-ray technician. Sarah was awful, can’t respond calmly (or at all sometimes) to questions. Laughed in my face when I heard her incorrectly because I have an ear infection, and I said she just laughed in my face. She said no, I giggled because of kids your age. Tf? She doesn’t knock at the door before entering and is spinning around the room looking for a heart monitor that she never found. Then, I didnt even hear the physicians name that had a student shadowing her, but she was argumentative and pushing for tests we didn’t need. Questions who my visitor is because he asked questions for me. Talks 1000 words a minute with no chance for you to talk unless you interrupt. Awful place. Never coming back.

Don't go if you want a doctor to actually care about you.

I went in to get my blood drawn for the very first time. I was very nervous about it. However, Nikki in the lab was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was very gentle. She was the kindest person and I had the greatest experience because of her. My grandma and mother both actually recommended her to me because she does such a great job.

I have been seen by this team since before the new building. Bill Wring is my provider and always goes above and beyond to help. He really helped me when I lost my daughter last year. My husband and other family members also see him. The nurses and front desk staff are also great. The lab people are some of the best . Can not say enough good things about this team.

Had a close call with this location when I tried switching my PCP from Covington. Scheduler didn't tell me that I couldn't see the Cov doc while waiting two months for a new patient exam. Good thing I thought to ask. (08/11/21)

My primary care provider moved from another site to this location quite recently, so this was my first time visiting. The same complex plays host to an urgent care facility, lab, & orthopedic center, but I was there for a simple annual checkup. Of course nothing is simple in the time of the Coronavirus. I had what must have been the first appointment of the day, & parking was not at all difficult, but the lower level of the building was not lit up or particularly inviting, so I only found out they were actually open when I approached the automated doors & they opened for me. I easily found where I needed to be from the directory posted in the lobby & made my way upstairs. I was greeted promptly by reception who were kind, conversational, & helpful as they took my temperature & I answered the expected questions about Covid contact. I then made my way to a waiting area that had social distancing measures in place, but it wasn't very long before I was called in for my appointment. My nurse was friendly & professional & my doctor was prompt & very helpful as always. This location is actually a bit closer for me than their previous one, so I'm glad about the move. What I'm not glad about is the current state of our healthcare system. My doctor had ordered a test for me which when I'd previously taken it cost me only $100 out of pocket. This time, for the same test on a different employer's insurance, costs $1600. Our healthcare system is broken.

I couldn't be happier with everyone here. From the girls on the phones, at the front desk, the nurses, the doctors, the phlebotomists and any other staff I may have missed. They are all simply sweet, kind, patient and just as pleasant as can be. I think they're stuck with me!!

Do not do it. Went to See Bill Wring was rushed to the appointment and when I called later to discuss confusion on what medications to take since half of them were not sent to the pharmacy. I still didn't listen to my concerned after mentioning them many times both in office and on the phone. When I was very clearly having a panic attack on the phone and told him i was tired of being ignored by doctors I was met with Im sorry to hear that bye bye now. And was hung up on. Do not Do not see these people.

I have been going to this group for about thirty years with good luck. This review is only for my last visit. My last visit was my only really bad visit ever. The doctor is very condescending and argumentative. I am not sure if he was just having a bad day or what. He may be correct on his diagnosis but I have zero faith in him because of the way he acted. I am going to a different doctor in the morning for another opinion.
