“Flags USA is the best flag store in the city. There is such a great variety of flags and they do custom flags too. The owner is very knowledgeable about flags and the way they should be displayed and very helpful and explaining it.

“My first visit to Knit On! was a success! They have such a huge selection here, a whole room of your natural fibers (like wool or cotton) and another room of acrylic and baby yarns. I was amazed at the selection given I am a beginner and have only shopped at Michael's Crafts for yarn. It's clear the yarns are high quality but they have some at every price point which is great. This place is so much better than the big box store where I've had a hard time finding a selection of wool yarn and things like safety eyes. Knit On! had everything I'd ever need for a project and a lot for inspiration too. There were some baby lovey kits and kits for scarves and other fun creations. There are cute pins and jewelry too! I liked how it was all well organized. The proprietor Nancy helped me and was very kind. She showed me where everything is and let me browse as I pleased. She also wound my yarn into a cake/ball for me and let me know they offer knitting lessons if I'd ever like to try! I enjoyed the visit and will definitely return for any special or nice project I want to make.”

“I remember Randy Scholl Stamp Company from at least 1982 or so and I believe the company remains under the same ownership. There are a prominent and well-known company selling stamps to stamp collectors and all transactions I have done with them over the years have been good ones. As I understand things, they are major buyers of stamp collections and the stock of material for sale is quite varied and ever-changing. Definitely recommended as a source of philatelic material for your collection.”

“If you're a stacker, compare premiums to other local shops, especially w silver, they seem a little higher, but they've always have had a diverse selection of bullion, vintage, and collectibles. Seen some nice specials on gold. They often have some vintage bars sellinsg for no additional premium and stock larger sized bars if you're into that. They also don't hold stock back on market dips, if you're wanting to buy, they're willing to sell.”

“They have a large selection of themed fabrics available (sold by the yard), significantly better than Hobby Lobby or other stores in the area. The prices of other sewing supplies are more expensive than those at Walmart or Amazon so I recommend getting them elsewhere if you can. The associate who cut my fabrics was helpful.”
“Not sure why anyone interested in model railroading in the tri-state would go anywhere but Allied Rail. They are knowledgeable, friendly, have good prices on everything, and literally have anything you need for model trains, regardless of age. And if they don't have it they can get it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
