We could not have asked for better realtors! Frank and Mitch went above our expectations and were able to make our first home buying experience a great one! They listened to what we were looking for and provided valuable information regarding buying a home. They are always willing to answer your questions both before, during, and after your search. We worked with Whitney Jolly-Loreaux recently on our first home purchase. Whitney and her team were tremendous to work with. As we negotiated with the sellers, Whitney's guidance on terms that were favorable to us helped solidify our purchase. Whitney was always accessible by phone and email throughout our five weeks from offer to closing. I'd highly recommend working with Whitney if you're looking for real estate in the northern Kentucky region.

Paid 24 grand for 2 open houses, never called or communicated! I'll never use a realtor again, esp Huff! I'll use Flat fee and get the same service, definitely can't be worse and pay 2% homes been selling themselves for yrs and it shows for the service you get. Criminal what these companies are getting for the work they do!

Stay away. More like run. Lazy people that just want to think they do something. Specially Rosemary Hofsteader. They have no clue on how to get things done nor negotiating on bidding on a house. But you can bet your ass they want their money.

When with my daughter & son-in-law to look @ homes, & the realtor set up several homes to look at & all of the homes were just beautiful. The realtor was very knowledgeable about the homes we visited & with luck my daughter & her family will have a new home to move into very soon.

OMG RUN AWAY!!! DON'T DO IT!!! FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The listing agent from this place was so incompetent and unprofessional I've spent the better part of 6 weeks torn between wanting to pull my hair out or curl up and cry NEVER have I seen such INCOMPETENCE and lack of organization (think McDonalds) in a "professional" . BTW we still haven't closed not sure we ever will at this point our closing has already been moved once and I'm hearing it's about to be moved again. If you feel you must, please be aware nothing gets done in a timely manner, NOTHING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
