“If you want professional movers, use Big John Movers. We have used them three times. Shane, Chris and Deion loaded an entire 2200 sq ft home in two hours. This included a 400 lbs Peloton that had to come up stairs out of a basement.
They were efficient and mindful of the furniture and the home. This was a cross country move and when we got to our destination the movers there said it was the best packing job they had ever seen. Not one thing moved in the truck and there was no damage to anything. This is all because of their expertise and caring attitude. We would absolutely use Big John Movers again and highly recommend them. Thank you Shane, Chris and Deion!”

“We had two households to move into a third in the transition of our move. Ron came out to give an estimate and they provided a breakdown within 24 hours. They were less than half of what two other online quotes depicted. I appreciated the in person accuracy and we scheduled them for consecutive weeks. They arrived on time and over delivered! They were incredibly polite, respectful and pleasant. We had nearly the same crew for both moves and that was a bonus. They were fast, careful, organized and worked hard to get us settled in a timely fashion. I’ve used Hercules for several work projects, now for two personal moves and I would highly recommend. Stephanie was great to work with and always very friendly.”
“Former driver. I love the Ray Hamilton family feel. I have a lot of respect for the new owner(s). They look after their drivers and they try to accommodate anything that may come up unexpectedly. My case especially. I know I will never find another company that can match the comradery this company has. They do have their faults (every company does) but this company is great and I hope to return to this great company in the future. They are cautious with the loads they carry and accommodate most needs to get the job done.”

Adrian, Robb, and Scott were absolutely professional from start to finish. They worked cohesively together, and they had great energy and positive attitudes throughout the entire process. The work they do is clearly daunting, but you wouldn’t know it with these gentlemen. Their customer service is second to none!”
“I had a complicated move because the house I was in sold so quickly and I needed to leave my current place a month before my next one would be available. So I needed all my belongings moved once to a storage unit for 30 days and then again to my permanent address.Which was pretty cost prohibitive. Going with Pods was easy and significantly more affordable than 4 of the moving companies I called. They were professional and on time and had very effective communications with me. “The reservation process was simple; made reservation the night before online. Showed up at location, in a few minutes I was all set. I rented a GMC van for the day to help finish up my local move. Initially, I wasn't looking forward to driving it (I'd rented a medium size truck in 2011) based on past experience. The van was easy to drive, had a lot of power, had A/C, and was very clean. While it took me about 7 hours to complete the job, if I used my SUV, I'd probably still be working!!!!
Not planning to move for a good long time after this, but if the need arises U-Haul will be my first call.
My only suggestion would be to consider having forms available by drop box (or include one with contract). My WiFi didn't work, so I had to go old school(back to pen & paper) to put mileage, time returned, and fuel level on my rental. I'm assuming all was well, since I'd not received any calls today from the U-haul office.
Other than this, it was a very positive experience for me!”
