Excellent care by all of the clinicians and exceptional customer service. They have a heated therapy pool that is incredibly comfortable and a nice option to land based therapy.

This absolutely changed my life. I could barely stand up straight. Started Aqua therapy and just 3 weeks in I'm walking without a cane. They have given me home exercises and teaching me what to do when I am finished here to keep improving.

My first time ever going to physical therapy, so I wasn't sure what to expect. NovaCare in Highland Heights is highly recommended. Everyone is friendly and professional. Kelsey is my current PT, she is wonderful to work with. I am improving on my rehab thanks to this group.

At one point I thought they were the best. I would go for dry needling. Last year I came back from Florida and tried to make an appointment. They said the PT will call you back. Never got the call from her. So I called again for an appointment and they said the needling had changed and the they didn’t think they could help me anymore. I could not find anywhere where the needling had changed in the state of Ky.
