I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic for this same issue just a few years ago so I brought it to CAH hoping to get better results. “Bought a car for my daughter, who just turned 16. Great experience, friendly people, and they even vacuumed out my car (not the one we were buying, the one I drove there) while we did the paperwork. There was one thing on the car that needed to be fixed post-sale, and they said they would call when the part came in. We made the agreement on a handshake. Sure enough, a week or so after we bought the car, they gave me a ring and did the work. Nice to know you can still trust people these days, at least in Cincinnati. ?”
