“I am so very grateful for PetWow Home Veterinary Service! My cat Winston was unable to be seen at a traditional vet's office. His condition was causing quite an unintentionally violent and uncontrollable reaction that had resulted in a nasty injury to my finger when attempting to take him to a local vet. The person who booked his appointment was able to get him in quickly due to a cancellation. Dr. Line and Jordyn were also very caring, understanding, patient, kind, and gentle. Dr. Line was able to diagnose and treat him without incident and answered any questions that I had. Words can not express how relieved I am right now. PetWow - My heroes! Thank you so much!”

“I just went for a 9am appointment for my 3 year old Aussie. They prescribed him some anxiety medication prior to the appointment but my baby boy was still on edge like some dogs are. These extremely kind people took him back and got his double ear infection addressed in 5 minutes. When the kind woman (didn’t catch her name) brought him back out, she was out of breath and almost breaking a sweat. That’s when I knew my dog was ceaselessly trying to wiggle his way out. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your accommodation and care. I know she had a whole workout trying to wrestle with 73lbs of separation anxiety but she did it and came out with a smile. She came out and acted like it was easy peasy even though I know he was probably giving her a heck of a time. While he was getting care in the back, the ladies at the front desk made me feel a whole lot better about me muzzling him during care. I felt embarrassed to have asked for a muzzle. They explained to me that 50% of the dogs that come in also tend to be muzzled just for precaution and it eased my OWN anxiety. When we left, my dog wasn’t too happy with me but I felt a whole lot better about myself nonetheless. Thank you so much for making my dog and I feel at ease and also thank you for staying in shape.”

“I will be honest I was skeptical about this working. The doc was so gentle and I never heard any pops or snaps. It kinda just looked like he was petting the dog and feeling around on bones. Let me tell you, those gentle touches were like magic! My nine year old shepherd has been acting like a 3 year old! I've had to force him to slow down. Best 50 bucks I've spent. If you have a senior dogfo who is slowing down I highly recommend giving this a shot”

Staff is always friendly. I can leave me pets knowing they will be well cared for until I pick them up. I had a problem with my dogs having 2 liters, then trouble getting puppies homes, stressed out people around me, and almost had to consider getting rid of my beloved dogs. Finding UCAN solved my puppy problem and made it possible for my dogs to be able to stay with me. Can't thank you enough. I'll continue to recommend.”

“I can't say enough good about this place. First off this is probably the least expensive place to spay/neuter your rabbit, both my girls were done for less then half of what my regular vet wanted (to spay them), and also got my black rabbit ( i have never felt comfortable clipping her nails) a stunning pedicure! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the quality of their care is amazing! Definitely recommend if you have cats or rabbits in need of spay/neuter or routine care.”

“This the best vet office in Cincinnati. Our cat, Han, got a terrible UTI a few months ago. The office got us scheduled quickly and in to see Dr. Johnson. Dr. Johnson was so kind and very knowledgeable. The UTI kept coming back and each time we were able to get in to see a vet either same day or the day after we called. Everyone at this office is so kind, especially Kelley at the front desk and Dr. Johnson. Ultimately, we made the decision to put Han down due to the UTI causing liver failure. We saw Dr. John for this and he was also very kind. Obviously it’s not the outcome we wanted, but we know this office did everything they could for our sweet girl. We will forever be grateful.”

Everyone was very kind and really seemed to care. They also print everything out on an invoice before rendering any tests or meds and tell you the priority of each one.
