They took my girl in after a horrible fight with her sister, kept her overnight started IV antibiotics and she will be stitched tomorrow.
I COULDNT BE MORE GRATEFUL TO THIS CLINIC FOR WHAT THEY DID FOR MY DOG. My husband is disabled and doesn’t drive, I’m out of town. He was able to put my girl on his scooter and take her up there.

“My dog Sadie was very old and not doing well. I came in thinking the only option was to put her down, but they gave me medication that truly brought her back to the loving dog I remembered. It gave me two amazing extra weeks with her before the meds could no longer help.
When it was time, I brought her back, and they were incredibly understanding and got me in right away. They walked me through everything ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything in the moment. They took such great care of her in her final moments.
Afterward, as my family and I were leaving, they gave me a small vial with her hair in it. That was such a heartfelt touch. Then, a week later, I received a card in the mail with messages from the entire staff. It meant so much to us.

“I booked a dental cleaning for my cat with the EVI for literally a fifth of the cost that I would have paid at a pet hospital, and I’m very happy with the overall experience.
I can’t say I wasn’t somewhat suspicious of just how low the prices were compared to typical vet care, but it’s clear that the work they do is incredibly skilled and they’re doing an excellent job living up to their mission of affordability.
The team informed me when my cat’s cleaning was done, provided information on her bloodwork and the state of her teeth before cleaning, and even sent us home with dental treats, all for around $110. No hidden fees, and my cat was very calm afterwards despite usually being very anxious.
My only complaint is that the clinic has a strong odor to it—not surprising for a place that deals with pets but it was really really strong and I had to give my cat a bath as soon as I could when we got home.
I hope this review helps someone else interested in getting affordable pet care here!”
“I have visited this vet 3 times now for my bunny Harlow. If you have a rabbit, you know it can be tricky to find good care for them. He was neutered here and they took such good care of him! Thankfully we haven’t had to visit too often, but if I ever need somewhere to go, i recommend this place!”
“I have a chronically sick cat. This had caused me to jump from vet clinic to vet clinic, including a veterinary dermatologist, to find answers. I finally found Plum Street and won’t trust anyone else with my cats, their care for people and their animals is unmatched. As soon as you walk in, Leanne knows who they are caring for and gets you into a room. Dr. Bob spends a great deal of care in getting to know what the problem is with your animal and giving you several opinions or options of what the problem might be and what can be done. Before Plum St Vet Clinic, I felt most vets I brought my cat to didn’t really care to look deeper into my cats issues. We are so grateful for Leanne and Dr. Bob and all the great work they do!”
“Dr. Schoeck provided excellent care for my pup when she started showing signs of a UTI. When the symptoms started, I called around to different vets because we weren’t near my home vet and they were able to get me in the same day for a reasonable price (especially compared to ER vets). Dr. Schoeck is very informative, caring, and thorough. Will be coming back here in the future for my pups medical needs.”
“We were referred to Bach Veterinary by a friend, made the trek from Cincy and were not disappointed!! They made us feel so comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. They genuinely seemed to care for my dog and were so helpful in their suggestions for what my dog needed. “We unfortunately had to put our 8 year old border collie to rest yesterday.
But Dr kuether did an amazing job with her, and helped us get through a hard moment . Made our girl feel at ease with what was coming.
At one point he even sat with her and rubbed her back at the end. He helped transport her so we didn’t have too- that took a lot of weight off our shoulders. It’s never easy putting your family members at ease.
But the doc did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
He also did a great with our testy lab shepherd who was here to say goodbye to her sister during it.”

OAR’s been around for 25+ years. in 2025, over 10.2K cats spayed or neutered and over 1.2K cats adopted. sooo grateful for this organization!

“I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Doan for roughly 9 years now. When I had my two cats who came down with serious health issues, Dr. Doan and his LOVELY team of nurses were so supportive and kind and did everything they could to be there for us, even through the hardest parts. I’ve done my research and tried other doctors as well, and while they were also fine, something about Dr. Doan and his staff just made us feel more at home. I have a pretty rowdy dog and they have done a great job handling his excitement and anxiety, whereas other clinics have seemed to not handle his rowdiness as well. Dr. Doan has also done a teeth cleaning on my dog and did a great job and I’m about to book another one for my other dog! I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. And I have not once gotten the impression that they were trying to oversell me on my bill or take advantage of me. If you want a staff that doesn’t judge, is kind and welcoming, does everything they can to help, and genuinely cares, this is the perfect clinic for you and your pets.”
