Place is horrible in the pharmacy! Staff in the pharmacy are a joke. They treat people like trash, they never get anything correct even when the Doc puts it in bold letters to them. These individuals need to be investigated. They don't even have stock of main medical supplies or they just don't want to fill an order. Literally needs to be investigated.

I ordered a couple 24x36 posters through the app a couple weeks ago. I was called by the store and told that they were canceling my order due to a lack of 24x36 posters. She told me to try again later. I waited two weeks and tried again. This time, a guy called me and said “we don’t do 24x36 prints and never have.” Two issues with this….i have done these prints at this location before, and the app allowed me to order them. The guy informed me he was canceling my order and I would need to reorder through another store. This location needs to get it together….

I have been a Walgreens customer for 20 years. It's the only place I get my prescriptions filled. I was sorry to see Dave retired after more than 20 years. But I must say that the new pharmacist is AMAZING! Her name is Lisa and she goes above and beyond for me. For example today I messaged my Dr at 8:30AM for two of my prescriptions that needed refills and he sent it to the pharmacy at almost 5:30Pm, so at 6PM I called and Lisa answered and I asked her if there was anyway she could have my meds ready before they close at 7, and she said, sure not a problem. Ten minutes later both of my meds were ready. Now that's excellent service!!!! Lisa is caring, compassionate and always sounds so happy. The staff is great too. I haven't had a single problem since Lisa and the new staff took over maybe six months ago? Keep up the GREAT work Lisa and staff, and THANK YOU!!!! 😊

1) In 2021, they lost my disposable camera and I obviously never recovered those photos from said camera. Followed up with the store multiple times and no resolution. Corporate was also no help. Good luck reaching an actual person. I felt it was an honest mistake but I still think about my photos and wonder who ended up with them or my camera.
2) Ran a deal advertising .15 cent 4x6s for a minimum order of 75. Ordered over 100 prints with over 75 4x6s and other sizes, received a call that there wasn’t any media to print most of the sizes I ordered and my whole order was canceled. Spent a good hour choosing the sizes and quantities on their website.
I’ll never use Walgreens for anything. You would think a company of this scale could provide decent service. You would think.

Appointments were scheduled for vaccine series. They completely do not follow appointment times. Both times we waited over 30 minutes past the appointment time while they continued to take phone calls. Very unorganized and inconsiderate.

It seems that my family has also been graced by the same hateful ray of sunshine as some of the other recent 1-Star reviewers. Whether she was the aggressive sourpuss that completed DH's drive-thru order, or if this was the overlydismissive female that hissed answers at me over the phone and declared her name to be "Daisy".... what a flower she is, indeed...., Walgreens has a serious problem with their pharmacy employee(s). They have failed to hire competent respresentatives for the pharmacy and the company. We were always Kroger pharmacy patrons, but our insurance forced us elsewhere. I'd honestly rather deal with Express Scripts than this Walgreens location. Seriously. Do better.

Family member hurt her back. We had the prescription from the doctor pulled up online and all the information. The young twenty year old drive thru lady refused to give us the medication because “it’s not showing up in our system,” even though it was showing up on our end. She refused to call the doctor to confirm, and gave us an attitude for wanting to get the pain medication.
I understand you can’t give out prescribed medication without a prescription. That wasn’t the case here.
UPDATE- after two attempts in the drive thru, we get a call back from our doctor. He’s on the phone as we walk into the store to get this situation resolved. They regurgitate the same nonsense. They get who I assume is the supervisor to deal with us. As the same drive thru lady go gets the supervisor, we hear him say “uh oh,” as if we were the ones inconveniencing them. He comes over and is speaking to the doctor on our phone. The supervisor says “you gotta call our store for a verbal prescription,” because taking it over our phone I guess isn’t good enough. Apparently right after our doctor hung up they ignored the first call, and picked up the second call. The entire time the drive thru lady is giving me dirty looks.
Essentially, we did their job for them. If they had done their job, they would’ve said the first time in the drive thru “our system has been running slow, if you have your doctor call us we can get it taken care of, or we’ll call your doctor.” Instead, they said “we close at 7, we can’t give you the medicine,” and they did everything they could to make sure WE felt inconvenienced for wanting to get medicine to manage a very painful back injury.
They offered no suggestions, they offered no compassion, they only kept repeating “we close soon, we can’t give you the medicine.” Unprofessional, uncalled for, unacceptable.
Do better.

Tried to call them to ask if they had Eclipse glasses in stock still and I couldn't get past an annoying robot. Very frustrating

This particular Walgreens has gotten worse on its customer service to the point where they deliberately refuse to run a person's prescriptions through the person's insurance and they are nasty about it, when they are asked about it. On top of the unprofessionalism of the pharmacy, they take excessively long to fill prescriptions, when it should take them about 30 minutes to fill a script up. I have also noticed that the staff is standing around in the pharmacy, when they have 3-6 customers either at the drive thru window or inside to be waited on by the staff. Both my husband and I have decided to take our prescriptions elsewhere, because of the constant, unnecessary delays and the unprofessionalism of the staff here. Be aware of the lack of wanting to actually do their jobs at this pharmacy and stay away from them here, if you can and go to a different pharmacy in the area!!
