I had tried to use the QR code on my receipt to talk about my experience, but it wouldnt work for some reason. Becky was exceptionally helpful to me, and has always been helpful every time I come up. I came in totally exhausted right at opening, and my box of things I was going to ship wasn't even put together. She helped me pack it, was so nice to talk with, and has always been pleasant and helpful every time I come in. I'm really thankful- I had a lot going on at the time and was just such a mess, and she was so nice.

I’ve always had a good experience at this post office—until today. Unfortunately, my encounter with Becky was anything but pleasant. She was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service. Whether she dislikes her job or just people in general, her attitude made for an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

Why is there an option for guaranteed delivery in 2 days if your family member doesn’t receive it until after Christmas, and then there’s nothing that can be done. Disappointing

Customer service is awful, they're rude, argumentative, and unprofessional.Anything that is in an envelope thicker than a single check gets classified as a parcel. Letters can go up to 1/4" thickness before being a parcel, but the one middle aged gal with short hair and an attitude will never listen. She must think she's postmaster; I always take the mail she tries to do this with down to Shepherdsville and they instantly mail it as a letter. Maybe it's due to bad training or lack of understanding?Highly recommend the quiet 12 minute drive down the road for more competent service.
