Came in for a car wash and decided to go with the luxury option. We were disappointed in the quality that we had to ask for a rag to finish wiping all streaks and stains. We received a lot of attitude when asking for a rag. Do not recommend.

It's hit and miss but better than gas station wash. Price is ok if you go in discount days (Tuesday, Sunday).

They always do a great job for me here. And, they're fast and friendly too. They have a nice store, nice indoor and outdoor waiting areas, clean bathrooms as well. I've had it with the car wash in the Palisades, it takes almost 2 hours when they aren't busy to get your car and they are so rude.

Got the $21.95 Tuesday special. You get what you pay for, it's not special. Few water marks leftover and inside was cleaned minimally. Better than a gas station car wash but not as good as your $40-$50 car wash somewhere else. - Friendly workers- Fast service- Typical waiting area

Please see previous review as I am not able to reply directly for some reason. I'm confused. Your businesss replied with saying I received "cash" or to be exact, my car received. What are you talking about? I never received any amount of cash from your company. I think you must have me confused with another dissatisfied customer. No refund was ever given to me. Please read my review again.

Quality of the service is quite good, it's not perfect but it's quite okay. Prices start at $30 (includes interior and exterior).Knocking out a star because this is not the fastest car wash. Even on a slower mornings it still takes at least 40 mins. Would like for this to be faster but all in all it's good.Would come back again!

I've come here on and off since 2013 and honestly quality has generally gone down over the years... staff is friendly and pricing is not bad but they just don't take the same amount of time and care as they used to...I sometimes watch the cleaners and yesterday I saw them rush through my car (it wasn't that busy) and I found quite a few spots missed on the inside that were obvious as soon as I got in. I saw a lady before me also complain that they didn't do a good job cleaning the inside of her vehicle. It used to take a bit longer but my car would be absolutely spotless inside and out. Feels like maybe they're trying to rush things more now for efficiency...I'm a fan of Lincoln Car Wash but hope they start putting in a bit of extra effort like they used to - it truly makes a difference. Overall, still a decent job for what you pay for but think it could be a tad better with a little extra love.

Horrible place. Disgusting most of the time. Change machine and vacuum takes your money. For anyone who this has happened to, go to Ireland auto sales, across the street. He owns it and is a rude man who threatened to call the cops on us today for simply paying to clean our truck.

6 dollar wash does not give the blow dryer. It did wash the salt off the car, which is the whole reason for going there. It's just soap and hot water, no scrubbers. There was a spot rinse at the end.

Paid 35 for a car wash and 8 dollar tip. Regret coming here. They scratched the top of my hood; my car is only 6 months old. He was scratching my car I seen it and told him to stop. Had my toddler just wanted to go home. Please if you love your car don't come here. My car still dirty from the right side , my mirrors blurry, and plus worst thing I got a free mark on my car thanks to them
