Never been let down when looking for parts ti my car. Save yourself the searching and high prices from auto stores and dealerships and just buy from them.”

“This place did great the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because my driver door and my push start button quit working and was a pain in my butt, but when they fixed my body on my car and it took over a month to get it fix however they was able to get it fixed and they tried to fix it within that month! They had to get a guy from a different company for the electrical and it turned out to be a pinched wired in my back door that was causing it.”

“David and his team at West Kentucky Performance are straight shooters. They don't try to upsell or pressure you. They recently worked on our non profit's disaster response truck to fix some brake issues. They did a top notch job! Skip the dealers that try to pressure you and bring your vehicles to West Kentucky Performance instead! They've always treated us right. Thank you!”

“I had my Bronco serviced on Saturday, the Service Writer was quick, efficient and friendly. The Technicians ignored the service writers written instructions, did not do the work that was paid for. What more could a customer ask for, how about doing the requested and paid for work. I will Not continue to use Pennyrile Ford for my maintenance needs.”

“I cannot thank the team at Advance Auto Parts enough for their incredible customer service. My wife recently needed assistance, and the staff went above and beyond all expectations to help her. From the moment she walked in, they treated her with respect, kindness, and professionalism. The employees not only answered her questions thoroughly but also took the time to ensure she fully understood everything. They went out of their way to provide assistance that exceeded what we could have ever expected from an auto parts store. Whether it was finding the right part, offering additional advice, or providing a helping hand, they truly embodied what excellent customer service should be. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and compassionate staff these days. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts for anyone looking for reliable service and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you again for going the extra mile!”

“Best experience yet on restoring my old 1975 K20. Chris and Derek went above and beyond to explain everything. UPS jacked up the order, but Chris handled that promptly! The product is phenomenal. TOP DRAWER. I've purchased 'other' wood bed kits and they are junk compared to BEDWOOD'S quality. Definitely worth the money to buy from BEDWOOD. Do it once and do it right. Five stars all the way, and THANKS again guys. I will strongly recommend you to all my friends restoring any old trucks. (Cal, in Canada)”

“1 star for lack of communication thru the process. But when I made contact the owner/son we talked for a bit, very very nice people. Took extremely long to get an engine replaced in my truck though. But it’s done and I will see how it works. Unfortunately . They are temporarily closed and sold the property the shop sits on, and are retiring from this shop. Not sure if we will see them in another shop! Good luck guys”
