They except one lady with a bump on her eye...all of them are friendly. Help her to go to the doctor to get the bubble on her eye lanced, maybe that would help her attitude, she act like she don't want to be there all the time l see her. Look like you could hire someone who wants the job and have great customer service.

The women at the branch at Wal-Mart in Hopkinsville are so helpful and cheerful every time I go in there. I make it a point to do my transactions at that location because of their attitudes.

Through the glitter of their wonderful Halloween costumes, the Disney Princess gang really did an outstanding job. Especially Ms. Val, she completely knocked it out of the park. I Felicia Thacker has visit every branch in Hopkinsville KY. I was disappointed about the branch near home closing on Lafayette Rd. I don't know the circumstances and it had to be decision that had to be made out of my control. I can't call the teller name in our Walmart branch wow I wish I could think of her name she always at the one at the end teller to the right she always greet her customers by their name with a beautiful smile I can be riding pass the branch on the riding cart and I can speak to the staff she is the only one said hello Ms.Thacker I know that we all go through on a daily basis but she has her way to appreciate that God has her best interest at heart and the joy that she has the world didn't give it to her I just love her energy I like fortera credit union and when I come in contact with in-person are on the phone I always get my issues resolved since I been a customer at fortera credit union 2020 I referral all the time thank you for allowing me to address my opinion.
