Every time I got there. Everyone is so nice and polite. When my bank card got hacked. They were fast and working it and getting my money back. The best bank in my experience.

Always quick, pleasant service with nice people. The ONLY drawback? Our car has a wheelchair lift on the back and it scrapes on the steep outward side of the drive up exit every time, even though we kind of carb drive up it sideways! We try always to go late at night when it isn't so busy so we can back out. Also, it's so convenient to the farmer's market!

I just noticed another review regarding spanish/other nationality my children's name are Tyera & Lorenzo!!! This is what I sent to their offices regarding service.I had inquired opening an acct last week I returned to the bank this week with the information I was told I needed to open my childrens account locally since we had moved here from NH. My X husband recommended your bank along with the Gilfords that have been banking with this company since the 90s when it was Heritage. I waited for the lady to be available since she was chatting in the other office with another staff manager. The lady took my childrens birth certificate and social security cards I had my childrens bank stuff from the credit union back home and their certified bank check. She asked her manager if I could open an acct and I was told she had to check with the higher manager and she took my name and number. I was later called to be told I was denied opening a saving account for my children due to their age of 14 and 15??? I have never and remind you I have 4 children had any issues or denials opening an account for my kids ever! She never even looked at my id or all the other documents I brought with me. She said because of their age?? How is that even a reason, how am I suppose to set them up on the correct path for their future? Even Mrs Gilford called the branch office once she received my call and conveniently they all left early for the day. I would appreciate a better explanation of why a bank would refuse a child a savings account considering all their prior credit union banks information was with me.

Rude customer service I was told to come and pick up my debit card they said that it's not available and the guy took an attitude the whole entire time I fully intend to withdraw my money from this institution and go back to USAA

If you have Spanish last name don't go there ,you not good there
