“The staff at Tom's is exceptional! They are very caring, kind, professional, and understanding. My first experience at this pharmacy was AMAZING!!! Not only did the staff treat me with respect, the pharmacist, Matt, introduced himself with a smile and took his time to repeatedly call Walmart to switch over my prescriptions. The staff here also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to receive my medication. Although they close at 5pm, they allowed me to stay while my doctor called in a last minute medication. “5 stars for grocery pickup associates. The staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. 3 stars for inside the store associates, mainly the cashiers because every time they treat you like they're bothered by you when you come to checkout. Not friendly at all.”
“The pharmacy has a great staff. Always professional and polite. If you go to pick up a script and it isn't ready but you received a notice that it is, if they aren't busy they will prepare your order right then.
