The best customer service! Every issue was addressed and resolved in no time at all . Surprising really . This is by phone of course. When I went in they weren't helpful at all . The customer service line has the best customer service!

Twice I have driven an hour to this store for personal assistance with issues and twice I had to go home and use the phone to get my issues addressed. It's a good place to pay the bill or get a new phone. Otherwise I found it disappointing. My hometown doesn't have a store anymore.
