I was most definitely directed in the right direction. Brandon came right away with his rollback & towed me to B&D Auto Repair in Hopkinsville, KY. On our short drive i had a very nice conversation.

“My van broke down on the side of I-24 outside Cadiz. Jones Bros came within 45 minutes of calling them. They brought a second vehicle for my kids and I to ride in. The gentlemen, Dee and Nick, drove us to the auto service center in Hopkinsville for us to drop off our van. Nick then drove my family to a hotel. Jones Bros rescued us and did a great service for us. I am so appreciative for their quick and kind service.”
“Stopped in this afternoon-due to an opinion offered by an auto parts store employee I was anticipating a major repair.An estimate of anticipated costs was calculated in the front office. Before repair work started, Byron or Bryan (I have a "Congressional Witness Memory"-I hope that I am correct ! Apologies if I didn't !) said "let's put it on the rack & see what we've got".Long story short-they did not try to sell me a "bill of goods" They assessed what was needed & did the repair at an affordable.As I see it: "Lil Mike" & Byron (again: apologies if I got this wrong) displayed a high level of professionalism as well as a high level of ethics.Please see them if you need auto repair !Services: Exhaust”
