I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze from this dealership during the winter months one year ago. Because it was cold at the time, I didn’t test the air conditioning system—and I trusted the dealer’s assurance that the car was in good working condition. Unfortunately, as soon as summer arrived, I found that the A/C did not blow any cold air.
Since then, I’ve attempted multiple fixes and refrigerant recharges, but the problem keeps returning. Clearly, this wasn’t a simple issue, and I now believe the car had a pre-existing A/C problem that was not disclosed at the time of sale.
As a result, I’ve had to deal with repeated inconvenience, repair costs, and now, when trying to sell the car, a significantly reduced resale value due to the unresolved A/C issue.
This has been a frustrating experience. I trusted the dealership and expected transparency, especially on major functions like air conditioning. I hope the dealership takes feedback like this seriously and ensures future buyers are properly informed.
