The guy working tonite 6-26-25 was extremely rude to me because he had to work 5 minutes after 7. I was checked in and got there before closing time but he got all bent out of shape and was extremely rude saying really really? and that he didn’t want to cut my hair because he wanted to leave on time. He cut it anyway, I was done and paid walking out at 7:04. Terrible service and unprofessional attitude.

I got the worse haircut ever on Sunday. I showed up to get it corrected. I was sent away even though I arrived at 5:43 PM, they close at 6PM
The gentleman cried he had done 31 haircuts. I got there before closing and I informed him that I needed a correction from a bad haircut I got Sunday. He should have done his job, since I was there before closing or lock the damn doors. I will never get a haircut at Great Clips again. I recommend everyone go somewhere else!

Rude and disrespectful to clients. Be kind. Wish I had her name but I did not get it. She was loudly complaining about her last client, guess she is not a people person. When I asked for a cut & style, she states”I’m charging you 30 more to blow your hair with a round brush” I replied , I know. She says “so you’re going to pay 30 extra just to blow your hair dry?” I said I guess not, Nevermind. Told me I had too much hairspray in my hair (I don’t use hairspray). “Do you use conditioner at all?” I kept quiet. Then asked if I have my color professionally done, no. Then proceeded to loudly lecture me about my hair like she was angry? Find another profession in a back office somewhere so no one else is publicly humiliated.

This is the second time this is happened at great clips. They shaved my sideburns without asking. I have a beard. Now I have a 1 inch gap between my beard and my hair. I look ridiculous. I don’t know why they do this. Is this common practice?

horrible experience. haircut was not much great. I forget my sunglasses in shop. when I came back to collect it, staff denied to find it.Please make sure you take all your belongings before leaving salon.
