My go to is Emma! I have been seeing her personally for about two years. She is so sweet but most of all she is so talented! I never leave not happy. She always asked if I love them or not and if I don’t she makes sure I do love them before I leave. She is also really good about reading my vibe, if I’m talking she will talk with me, if she notices I am not in a talking mood she doesn’t force me to communicate! She is really the best ever.

I’ve gone to this salon off and on for about five years. Initially they were great. They still do the best pedicure in town. However the nail service has gotten so bad I’ve started going elsewhere to get my nails done. Today I was in a time restraint so went to Expert to get my fill in. What a mistake! When I got there there was no wait so I was seated immediately . No other clients came in while I was getting my nails done so it wasn’t like they had a full house and customers waiting and waiting to get their service. The tech ripped through my fill in so fast, like they were slammed and needed to get to the next client . My nails are ridiculously thick! I pointed this out to the tech, she said well I can fix them for you.
No thanks, you should have taken your time and done them right to begin with! I won’t be back! What was the rush to get my nails done, when she had no clients after I left! I think this is why a once bustling shop has turned into a ghost town! The techs need to slow down and do quality work!

Would never recommend anyone go here. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had and I paid more for it than I ever have. I paid for the spa pedicure and it would have been less than standard anywhere else. Then I told them my daughter wanted a standard pedicure and he charged me for the so and would not change it. So all around terrible experience.

Not friendly, had appointments they kept taking walk ins. Person giving pedicure was rude and bossy. One nail wasn't even rounded.

First time in, I was shown a menu of services with pricing. I selected a package priced at $50. I didn’t receive all of the services listed in the package and the final bill was $63. When I asked about it, I was told that the price included some sort of surcharge.

I paid $55 each for me and my sister. Honestly, I don't think this is a $55 set of nails. I couldnt get the color i wanted, which no big deal, but she didnt tell she was going to do a white base coat one the next color i chose, which probably would have solved the previos color issue, One of my thumbs is bumpy, the polish across some of the nails is splotchy, and the ends of the nail are unpainted and square even though I asked for round. She was nice, but seemed more focused on talking with coworkers or looking at her phone.
Overall, I'm just kind of disappointed that I spent $116 total of 2 sets of nails that are subpar
Cleanliness: The towel that was used had nail clippings and paint on it, and the brush used to dust my nails off was dirty.

Took my daughter to get her nails and toes done with gel which is an extra $15 and I usually do gel because it stays on. 2 hours later her toe and nail polish came off. Came back next day and there is 2 people working. This is a 2 minute fix and 20 minutes has passed and I'm still waiting and I asked can you just fix this now it'll take 2 mins since it's only a few nails and they said no it'll be 30-45 mins and I said can I have my money back and they said no.
Don't ever come here.

I paid for the higher grade pedicure. There was a blue residue on my toenails from the products they used. He painted the clear sparkle polish I chose over the blue residue. It looked horrible. He also totally botched the cuticle clean up and caused bleeding. It was painful and I just wanted to leave, so I left and took the polish off as soon as I got home. My toes still looked horrible, as I could not get the blue residue off. Plus, my toenail was bloody and damaged. So, right before my spring break trip, my toes looked absolutely horrible. I was afraid to try and polish them again due to the damaged toenail. I felt like it just needed to heal. These people are not professional and dangerous in practice if you leave bleeding. Please, be aware!

I walked in and Emma was available for a spa pedicure. Their massage chair is wonderful and Emma’s leg massage was fabulous. Nails look great - same care taken as if they were my finger nails. I would definitely recommend and I will return.
