Went in for a cut because my barber didn’t have any availability, got checked in with no wait. Told her what I wanted (mid fade) and she had ZERO clue what she was doing, she asked what size she should use and had to keep stopping to ask for help, why are you hiring someone who has no idea how to cut hair? And why does it cost $20 for a less than mediocre cut? Why do I always have this luck with garbage haircut chains? Why do I still try? What is the meaning of life? Why are we still here?

I have had the best experiences here with Amber and Kelly they both are very friendly and always does a great job on my hair. When I leave there I'm always one happy customer.Great work ladies!!!!!!!

I always request Ms. Kayla to cut my hair unless I am in Florida.
Kayla is very professional and polite.
This lady knows how to grow a business.
Second issue. My $5 off coupon expired, try putting a 4 month expiration date on them.

The employees are clueless I called and asked if a employee was there they said yes I waited 68 minutes in the parking lot I go in and they tell me she will be right back that was false I sat there for nothing I will be finding somewhere else to get my haircut

My son got his haircut and it was awful the first time around. No wonder they offer re-dos for free, which is great, IF there was a stylist there that could cut hair. Every single time we go a simple boys haircut is crooked or choppy. They offered a free cut next time but I've had enough. There will be no next time. We've given enough opportunities to get a stylist who could get it right. My simple trim of 3 inches off ended up with one side of my head longer than the other.

Hair type: I have Coarse stubborn hair. A lot of it. Never falls the same way. Stylist did a great job cutting and styling my hair exactly the way l wanted it. A lot of patience was utilized. Great job!!! I love my hair. ?

Love going here. The ladies here are amazing. If you have curly or wavy hair go to Loretta. She does an amazing job. I'm always scared of my hair bouncing up to short because of the curl in it and she cut it exactly how I wanted.
