What an awful place to take your child. I came to get my son during the summer and noticed that he had a gaping hole in his shirt due to the kids playing with scissors and having no adult to watch them. He routinely didnt have a teacher and was left with older kids who exposed him to violent video games on their ipads. Thanks a lot.

It was my sons first time going to school and as all parents we are nervous. After speaking to the director Kacilynn, I felt confident in my choice for both the education and how well the school was handing Covid. Professional and proactive teachers are there for questions and the in app updates are amazing. Plus PICS!! Love it. Truly Kindercare and the teachers are amazing and doing amazing work. My son is so much more now his mind has just exploded with curiosity and ideas. He has grown socially and can make friends anywhere and his imagination is ever growing. I couldn't be more pleased with how amazing this school is and how much effort they put in.

Our son loves his teachers and all his friends at daycare! We started in the middle of a pandemic but have always felt very safe taking him in. The staff is very friendly and I know they take great care of our little one because of his smile when he gets dropped off! The staff is also very responsive at getting back to me on any questions I have and keeping us updated throughout the day on our little ones schedule!

Our son has been attending for years. We love the staff at Kindercare, they work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly and that the kids feel loved and appreciated. The transition to NTI learning has been seamless. Our boy loves to be there!

I’ve been sending my kids to this center for 5 years and I have all positive things to say. The staff are friendly and truly care about the children. They keep the center clean and the directors have always been flexible in order to give my family what we need regarding childcare issues.

Both of my kids have gone to Kindercare for daycare through the years! It’s literally like our second family! They have amazing communication about the kids and are always updating the app and sending pictures and notes throughout the day. My kids always come home and tell me what a great day they’ve had at daycare! Kindercare Independence is our happy place!

My daycare shut down and did not re-open during the Pandemic. I reached out to this facility in a panic and they welcomed my family with open arms. The staff is SO friendly and inviting. The communication has been wonderful with the Director and my family is extremely pleased. They take Covid-19 protocols very seriously and have been an absolute joy to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

We have been going to this center since 2014 and have never second guesses our decision! We knew upon the birth of our second child that there was no question where he would go even though his brother was now in school and not attending daily. There are multiple daycares that we could choose from that are closer to our home but when your first born loved going daily as a toddler and is now sad that the summer is over and he will be going back to school, you know you've made a good choice!And I love that they share pictures throughout the day via their app so that we can see how happy they are! These ladies have been such a big part of our lives for the last 6 years and we look forward to many years to come!

We have used Rainbow/Kindercare for years. Our daughter has special needs and they have always been more than welcoming and open to modifying best practices to provide care for our child. We would recommend this care center for anyone that needs the services!!! Thank you for the many GREAT years.

We have only been with KinderCare for about 2 months but we have had a great experience! The directors and teachers are amazing and they are so great with my 16 month old. She has learned so much in her short time there and has so much fun!

We love our center! We left another center when my daughter was about 8 months old and she has thrived at KinderCare. The teachers truly care about all of the kids, administration knows each family and remembers everyone's names - which is huge for me, they're always responsive and able to be reached. I love seeing updates throughout the day and photos of our daughter in the app. This means a lot especially now with precautions in place to keep the kids and families safe and healthy. We look forward to our daughter going through Pre-K here and getting prepared for grade school.

We transferred from another facility that we were not happy with. It was one of the best decisions we have made for our son. He has learned so much since he started at Rainbow. For the first time my 3 year old actually wanted to go to daycare and see his friends and learn. His favorite was circle time where he could learn numbers and letters and also about fire trucks. He wants to be a firefighter when he grows up. Thank you to the wonderful staff that is always putting the kids first. We will be back after summer break for another year of “pre-school”!

I can not say enough good things about the Rainbow in Independence, KY! It still amazes me how every single worker knows my children's names! You can tell they are like one big happy family, you feel it when you walk in. Words can't describe how blessed I feel to entrust people with my kids that genuinely love them. When their speech therapist says, "you can tell they really love them" you know you are at a place you can call home!

Words cannot describe how awesome Rainbow Childcare has been for my daughter and for our family! I never once have to worry after dropping her off, because I know she is in great hands! The staff goes above and beyond when it comes to our children, and for that I am so very thankful!

Like all parents, I was nervous sending my 9mo old to daycare for the first time. However, all the teachers made it so comfortable for me and daughter. She is now 2 and loves going to school each day! I am always so impressed with everything she is learning and feel that she will have a great start when she starts school. Absolutely recommend!
