Hate going to this Kroger. The music in the store is horrible and WAAAY too loud. They are always out of stock of everything that’s “on sale” for the week as well!

5 years ago this was the best store around. It was well stocked and the people were friendly. Wow how things have changed. They're clearly focus stocking to please the distracted, rude, aisle blocking students who pick orders for customers who no longer want to shop in the store. The aisles keep getting moved around so often you spend half your time searching for where they moved things only to find they dont have it because they're trying something new.
They're clearly marketing to things to a much narrower 20 to 30 year old health crazed group of customers now. Everything is strange choose foods. There certainly is no customer loyalty left at this location.

This place right here is the worst place to shop or even to work at. The manager will steal from you you leads don't care about you and will schedule you pasted you're available. And to be honest this is the nastiest Kroger of all. Rotten meat in dry good open food on shelves even. Like they sure keep it clean.

Moved our pick up time and then boy loading our groceries placed a heavy 24 can case on top of frozen pizza crushing all of them. Can't wait for Publix.

Whose bright idea was it to replace the carts with smaller ones? Anyone with a baby cannot go to Kroger without pushing a second cart now. Also, I tried to leave and the cart locked the wheels. Guess I’ll need a babysitter if I want to go to the grocery next time.

Personally, I have never been a fan of Kroger but if I am trying to find something that other stores may not have, or I forgot an ingredient that I need for dinner then I will go here. This location overall is clean and well maintained the few times I have been to this one, but not all the staff is friendly or helpful. I am not saying the entire staff is unfriendly but there are a few that seem to really hate their job and maybe that is due to management. If you have bad management and they treat the employees awful, then you can’t expect much. The pharmacy here is a joke and the reason I would never use it. Someone really needs to work on that aspect of Kroger for sure.Drive thru pharmacies is convenient but there should be guidelines to using them and making them efficient, but that isn’t the case here. The drive thru is great if you are getting a refill, and you want to pick it up or you are dropping off a prescription to be filled. I believe that if they haven’t already requested the refill or they are having a new prescription filled then they should be told to pull out of the drive thru and come inside or come back a short time later rather than hold up the line. Will Kroger do that? NOPE and that is why the pharmacy drive thru is ridiculously long. Pathetic!That is my opinion of Kroger, and some may not agree with me and that is ok.
