We’ve been taking my husbands German shepherd for a de shed bath several times because is the closest to our home; they never have done a good job but at least worked I would say like 50%, we know this because we have take her to a much more professional place but is farther, and this can work like 90 % so we know is a great treatment to avoid having your dog shedding so bad all over the house. This last time that we took her, there was a new guy, it has always been a women. The point is that it didn’t work at all, all the opposite, the dog was shedding even more than before the bath, I called some weeks after to tell them it did not work at all, I am about to have a baby so I cleaned up the house and furniture deeply and took the dog for this and it ended up being worst, the point is that they were very rude about it and told me well what do you want us to do, there’s nothing we can do. What a terrible manager who responds like that instead of apologizing or say that probably this guy was new and didn’t have any knowledge on how to do the treatment and should’ve offer to repeat it and do it right, but they did not, so it wasn’t only a lost of money but also time of me being 9 months pregnant working still and cleaning my house like crazy. I will never come back here!!

I took my female heeler there for a nail trim. The girl started on the back nails. She cut 2 nails to short and both were bleeding. I understand this can happen but she made the comment the back nails didn't need trimming. So after she cut the first one and it was bleeding why would you move on to the next one???
On top of this she looked at me and said I needed to take her to my vet next time.
I will never spend another penny in this store....

Great selection. Really nice and helpful employees. I pulled in to the pick up spot and my order was delivered to me in just a minute or two?. Highly recommend.

This was not a good experience, took my my dog in for grooming, she smelled worse than when I took her in .
Management did not seem to care about my experience. SAD.
No offer to clean her again ???
Will think twice on returning !!!

Lots of items to choose from. Cashier offered to help me to my car and she unloaded the heavy 42# of litter for me. Great job!

Emily is the best! She always takes such good care of my Paddington. He is a very hyper mini golden doodle and I know he can be a lot to handle. She is so patient with him and does a fantastic job.

Put an order in for delivery expecting it to come in a couple days by mail and these guys personally delivered my stuff within an hour or so. amazing!
