If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. My first account I had they literally wouldn’t let me turn off my paper statements even though I tried and tried and even spoke with multiple people about it at the bank and they told me it’s nothing they can do about it. Literally charging me for paper statements I never ever wanted and multiple of them in one month. It got to the point where they literally took all my money AND over drafted me. So they could charge me multiple overdraft fees and further take my money. I didn’t pay that let my account close. Ended up talking to them about it they removed the overdraft fees and NEVER reimbursed me for all the money they just took from my account for NO REASON. Eventually opened another account with them years later had the same issue of them finding any way to take my money without actual reason. And now they’re MULTIPLE charging overdraft fees on my boyfriends account in LESS THAN 48 HOURS AND WHEN HE CALLS ABOUT IT THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. Which every person I’ve ever dealt with in this bank is just extremely rude to everyone for no reason. Get better banking and somewhere with better customer service. Go somewhere they won’t try to just take money from you in any way they can.

We have been banking at this branch for almost 20 years, had the unpleasant experience today when attempting to close on a loan. We arrived for our appointment for 4pm a little early, so naturally we were fine waiting for the 4pm time. However, 4pm came and went, and finally we tried to get the attention of the loan officer at 415 and her response was "You were supposed to be here yesterday", furthermore she couldn't tell us when she can see us because she was interviewing someone. Nor could she take the time to reschedule. She was fine with us just waiting indefinitely for an appointment that was scheduled. How she knew we were a day late (we weren't) when she didn't even know our names is a mystery. All i can say after this rude exchange is that it will take a lot for me to go back to that branch.

Very very very rude employees. My mother and I came through the drive thru 1/31/2022 at 9:55am to deposit money into an account and the lady at the window was beyond rude. Her tone and her snarky demeanor was uncalled for. We will be taking our banking to another branch.

Recently I have to come in to the branch to change my name on the account. The clerk at the window did not communicate with me that I needed to make an appointment, she just took care of me. She constantly asked the same questions without looking at my documents. Then her co-worker yelled at me that I was rude. I needed to re-order checks and was not told how much I will be charged. This branch doesn't know how to treat their customers and don't know how to communicate with them.

I've been banking with US Bank for many years, and I've always been treated so well. So many branches in difference cities, yet still the same fabulously care I've come to love. Huge fan, as is my partner.

After being a customer for many years, my wife and I have had a horrible experience with this bank just recently trying to cash a secured check from another financial institution even after verifying the check. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My husband and myself have been a customer's of Us Bank in Independence for years. Today I experienced a situation that made me feel like a common criminal. Instead of looking at the signature repeatedly on line they should have come to me and ask about my deposit. Absolutely humiliating and very poorly handled.

If you want to use the drive up ATM, you will have to drive to a separate lot back behind the bank. Not the actual lot or drive thru for the bank itself.
