Get pickups every day. My regular carrier is awesome. Whoever works for her on Thursdays never scans my shipments in so I pay for tracking and don't get any on Thursday shipments. It's been addressed with my regular carrier and the postmaster and still this person fails to do their job! Not happy!!

How hard is it to not fold the envelope that says “DO NOT FOLD?” Instead of smashing it into the mailbox, just drop it off at the door.

Moving to Independence soon and I needed help with a package that is to be shipped to my new address. Candy, the Post Master, was extremely helpful and so polite! An absolute delight for my first time dealing with the local post office. Thank you!

Had to look for my package cause they were too lazy to drop off package at the correct address that was labeled on the item, they decided to place it in front of someone else’s door and marked it as delivered

We have had no mail carrier that has picked up or delivered mail in the last few day and this happens a couple times a week I have a piece of mail that has been in my mail box since yesterday to pick up and it's still there today it used to be our mail carrier would just run late and I'm talking 5/6 in the evening but now we are being to be skipped all together

Laziest, rudest carrier ever from this location. This has happened several times on our street. Was expecting an important package for a birthday party today that was edible for the party guests that cost quite a bit of money. The package was already delayed in transit and was going to be close to the party time. Carrier showed up at 1:15 and created a delivery exception stating that she could not access the delivery location. Confused as to why she could not exit her vehicle and walk her lazy @$$ to my front door like she was supposed to rather than take my package back to the office. Really? Why drive all the way here from the PO just to turn around and go back? No wonder the USPS is going bankrupt with customer service like this and lazy people working for it.

This is the most awful post office to deal with last week had package delivered not to my house but next door it sit out in hard rain for a couple days before anyone knew it was even out there. I then called post office ok I'll check into it and see what might have happened I'm telling you what has happened my address is in big numbers going down the collum of the porch now here we are a week later same thing happened packaged got delivered next door it's been sleeting snowing and raining all day my package is now wet I called post office asked for manager yep that's me I'm telling him what had happened 2 ttimes in a week and he said if you don't calm down nothing is getting done about it and then hung up on me what a piece of work they have representing the government job I would be proud if I were independence KY post office. Goes to show they don't care and nothing will ever get done about anything. Horrible horrible horrible

The outdoor post office collection box slot was taped over with a bag. Neglectful, I cannot believe this hasn’t been repaired. Had to use collection slot in hallway.
