Excellent and service. The employee who helped me was very patient and helped address all needs, transferred my old phone to my new one. Added all my new aceasories for me. And was very patient with my autistic son who kept wondering off while trying to get his old phone transferred as well.

My experience here was excellent. The man who helped me was very patient and helped transfer my old phone to a new one, helped my son who is autistic and kept leaving while he transferred his phone so the sales clerk would have to find my son for password but he never once acted annoyed. Lot of class and knowledge. I've been to this store in the past and always had very good experience

Best customer service I have ever experienced! To sum the experience up. "Steven Hanley," the Multi Unit Manager handled my situation. Every time I've left a Verizon location in the past, I leave being told one thing, and my bill reflects another.For the first time I am more confident than ever. The situation was handled and explained thoroughly! I also left with paper proof of corrections to ensure I have all the facts. Moving forward I will always find a location with Steven present! Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

McKenna at the Independence store is amazing!!! I had bad service there previously but she was so helpful, insightful and willing to think outside the box to help us and we really appreciate her!!

I had to get a new phone and Makena was so pleasant and helpful it made for a wonderful time. She made the whole experience so fun and enjoyable I'll definitely being going back to do business with her.

I forgot to give a review but I bought an iPhone 14 from This guy named Daniel at the store. He gave me a good deal after the Florence store lied and said they didn't have any deals available. He treated me like he generally cared about customers, unlike the Florence location. He needs to work in the corporate headquarters for Verizon. He did a spectacular job. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Arrived on a Sunday after my friends phone was stolen and store was not open at 12 as written on the door or website. Waited 30 minutes with no luck. Extremely frustrating for my friend and the three other customers who pulled on a locked door!

I went in with a few basic questions for my phone and Daniel went above and beyond for me on a few different aspects, I have had such a stressful few weeks and when you have an employee who treats a stressed out customer with kindness & compassion - don't ever forget those type of employees is what make people stick with YOUR business for life.. Thank you so much Daniel for being you & addressing all my concerns and helping me figure out basic technology, you set me up for a better rest of my already emotion day yesterday!

Went in today for my appointment. The guy working with the mullet encouraged me multiple times to process my order online. I went in to upgrade 2 lines to the IPhone. He expressed I could save more money by processing my order online. I never once asked for a discount or expressed concerns about pricing. He was assisting other customers and I was happy to wait. He then proceeded to tell me how I could save money on the activation if I ordered online. He wasn't rude just felt he was pushing me to order online and thats sad considering he's working himself out of a job. Too many businesses are closing shop because people are ordering online. Once again I never asked or even expressed concern. I thanked him and walked out. Went home called Verizon and ordered 2 new phones and over 5 accessories. The young man lost it on a sale. There are still people in this world that are willing to pay a premium to go into a store and purchase an item and walk out with it. I paid for express shipping to have my new phones in less than 24 hours. I do want say 11 months ago I purchased 2 Samsungs from this location and had the best experience with a man who was moving back to his hometown. He was the reason I was going back to this location expecting the same experience.

I’ve had to go in the store for assistance twice. Both times the guys, once Charles assisted me, Daniel today, were patient, knowledgeable & nice. And both times fixed my problem and educated me on some things I needed to know.
