About Brookshire Inn
The Brookshire Inn is an older, basic hotel in a good location. The building shows its age and the decor is dated, but the rooms are consistently described as clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Some rooms lack amenities like a mini fridge or microwave. There is no elevator, which can be a struggle for those on the second floor or with heavy luggage. However, the staff receives high praise for being personable, kind, helpful, and providing excellent customer service. Their above-and-beyond service greatly enhances the experience. The hotel is quiet and offers great prices, making it a suitable choice for a weekend stay.

5 stars for overwhelming my expectations. The room was clean, all equipment worked, the front-end staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was east to find. Breakfast appeared to be basic but fulfilling. I'll stay again if in the area.

We stayed here three nights from out of state. The rooms are very clean with a fridge, microwave and powerful AC. The beds were surprisingly comfy. Best of all is the staff—they were beyond friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend and will be staying here again when back in town. Thank you!
