About Estill County Public Library
We are a public library that offers free circulation of materials with no late fees. We provide free notary services. We also provide faxing, copying, scanning, lamination, computer use, and WiFi. We provide free programs for all ages and meeting room use as well.

They host a variety of interesting history related programs and have a nice meeting room in the basement. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautifully remodeled structure, originally a first generation Kroger. Well stocked, computer lab, maker lab, just all around well done and worth "checking out"
