I did have a good experience buying our mower. But not with the repair of the mower. Said mower was used twice than broke. D and J has had our mower for 3 weeks. Called to say it's fixed but than call back and said we can't have it because it covered by warranty and they haven't got paid. Don't do business with them

Rude worker. Wouldn't even look at my husband when my husband was trying to ask questions about an expensive item we were there to purchase. Attitude needs an adjustment. Maybe he can use a tool in his store for that.
