A gentlemen cashier took 50.00 for my 10.00 in gas and then gave me back 10.00 in change. I'm positive we paid with a 50.00 but he didn't think so.

Maybe fifty cents more expensive than the cheapest gas nearby. Air pump out of order today. Convenient mini mart attached. A bit expensive - surprising since its so far away from the freeway exit. All of CA probably pays .50 more than we should even after considering local taxes and state specific taxes. During these times its best to go to the least expensive gas stations. Its the only thing that consumers can do to stop the getting taken advantage of. There are a couple no name gas stations in Castro Valley for rock bottom prices. Check Gasbuddy. Air pump out of order today. I think even by law this isn't allowed. Convenient mini mart. People working here are pleasant. Busy and safe feeling area as there is also an attached restaurant that creates lots of foot traffic.

1.75 for Air that should be free like it says on the said of the air pump California law says air and water should be free.

Valero sells gas, has a mini convenience that has snacks, soft drinks, kombucha, coffee but no alcohol.there's a restroom somewhere.they no longer have an A & W, instead they have Habibi's Birria, offering Mexican & Mediterranean foods.buys: Kevita "Pineapple Peach" Kombucha (3.79)-has a peachy taste with tea flavoring-also too much sugar, 30% of daily requirement.wouldn't buy again.
