They were honest and up front about me needing to return after the major fix for a piece that wasn’t in yet. But all problems were solved without issue or question and they did great work. “One of the best experiences I’ve had with a business in quite a while!
I placed an online order and within 30 minutes received an email with tracking info. That’s about when I realized I had made a mistake with my order and gave them a call to see if anything could be done.
The gentleman I spoke with was extremely polite. He pulled my order (which had already been made, packed, and was waiting to go out) fixed my mistake at no additional cost, and still had it shipped the same day.
