We have banked here for decades. The banker, notary and bank manager refused to notarize any documents for me, even their own chase account bank statements they just printed. “Company policy”. Then why have notaries there?! The place was dead and they were unwilling to help at all. Waste of time entirely. Will be looking at other banks to switch to.

Worse bank ever. They never know what they are doing. They promised easy access to my accounts when I travel and it has been a nightmare blocking the account and staying on the phone for hours.

Chase is the worst bank everI recently opened a business account with chase and supposed to transfer my business to chase while my main business partners are with chase, that was my the worst ever decision I have ever made.Non of the services that they offer works at the first placeThe put hold 120 days on a fund that was coming from my client without reasonable explanationMy fund transfer from my own business is rejected without any notification and I couldn’t pay the bills on time because the fund was bot there !!!!Don’t, Don’t, Don’t open any kind of account with themI am closing my account

Don't do it! I've been with this bank for 45 years. Almost everyone that I knew at the jeffersontown branch and the Glen Mary Branch are gone. You cannot call anymore and get anyone on the phone so heaven forbid that you should need a copy of an already cashed check. I have a business and personal account here. I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes just to get someone to send me a copy of a previously cash check. I'm going down the street to first savings Bank because it's small and someone still answers the phone!

On 03/02/2022, I went to this branch at 9:00am to get some cash. I went to drive through and sent my bank card and ID to the teller. However, the teller got me waited for more than than five without communicating her intentions or what she was doing. I didn't services and I voiced my dissatisfaction and disappointment to her. Few hours later, I received a call from Chad, the manager he apologized for the incident. Therefore, I'm applauding Chad and the teller who conveyed my dissatisfaction. Thank you and I'm proud you reached out to me and let me know that the incident wasn't intentional.

Chase is one big scam. I opened a checking account because of a $200 bonus they were giving if you set up direct deposit. Chase blocked all attempts of my employer to deposit my paychecks into my account, so not only do I not get the bonus but they also charged me service fees for not having direct deposit. When I called they told me that it isn't possible for them to deny a direct deposit. I guess the payroll department at my job which I have worked at for almost a decade with no issues is wrong? Airtight story, chase ?

Rude, condescending customer service (teller) reps who make you feel as though you're wasting their time by needing assistance. In this instance and especially at this location, I certainly welcome the automated tellers with open arms in leui of this type of treatment. I will be not returning to this location.

Extremely poor customer service and refusal to cash a check written to me by my 61-year-old mother without her being present because the bank account was "new." They refused to call her to verify the check instead making me go get her and bring her to the bank. The funds were obviously available and they did cash it with her present. No apologies or care for their loyal customer. Unbelievable. I will continue my personal and business banking with PNC & Republic.
