Don't bother with getting prescriptions from chewy. They make you jump through hoops that take over 15 days In the mail.. They allow doctors to cancel prescriptions.Due to 1 star retaliation They have the canceled prescription in their hand. but refuse to process it, That's what I call aiding and abating medical Mal practice And then when you get mad, upset and stressed out on the phone. Because you have been treated like dirt they call the cops on you.

IF I COULD LEAVE -10 NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Worst of the worst! I would NEVER recommend Chewy to anyone. I sent them a prescription request Aug 6. As you may know, they require the original signed Rx from the vet, not a photo. So I sent them the original prescription that same day. A week later they sent an email stating they still need the original prescription. I responded that I mailed the Rx. This happened 3 more times in 2 weeks! Finally 17 days after the original order was placed, I get another email stating "YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED" - Nope, I never received it. It appeared to have been delivered to the wrong address. We have no idea where it was delivered because the photo showing delivery was nowhere we recognized. I contacted them and they said they would send again. Got another email a week later stating again "YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED". Nope, still no package. This happened 3 times!! They finally got the address corrected & said they were reshipping but they said " the problem is that Joey (our pup) has only 70 tablets remaining in the Rx and this order is for 100. ...... we need a new script to be mailed in us. You need to reach out to your clinic let them know the problem....". SERIOUSLY?? How can there be only a portion left of a prescription that was never delivered! After a month of their ridiculous game-playing, I said that's it, I'm fed up. I cancelled the order via email on 9-6 and asked that they return the original prescription to me. I got NO response from them, so I called & they cancelled on 9/8. I called to follow up on when (if) the original prescription was mailed back. Now get this, they said: "WE DO NOT RETURN THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION - IT'S POLICY!!!! So now I have NO meds and NO original prescription to fill. I was told to go to my local pharmacy, explain the situation and have them call Chewy who will then verify it!! REALLY?? This is completely unacceptable. And they never read emails nor do they respond accordingly. It's like the right hand has no idea what the left had is doing. Oh sure, you get these great responses of exactly what you want to hear - BUT NO ONE ACTS ON THEM OR FOLLOWS UP WITH YOU. I guess they just go into internet space.Bottom line: DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHEWY. YOU'LL BE SORRY!

I'd give a -5 if I could. It's a long and disappointing story of 20 months of on off completely unprofessional way of conducting a very important business. We travel full time. Multiple times as I request my dog's medication, it's a crapshoot to if it is going to be delivered. It is necessary for our Gus to have daily medication. Many times they have dropped the ball, full of excuses and never following up. I have managed to have a 10 day surplus until this month... they have been failing to get the order to us for 3 weeks. Every follow up phone call never came, request for overnight delivery can't be granted. There were hundreds of apologies, but sorry without change is meaningless. I have been a monthly loyal customer for years on the non- pharmaceutical side and never have a problem. The pharmaceutical side is astonishingly poor, supervisors drop the ball and Managers are conveniently in meetings all day. I think this wouldn't be so upsetting if it wasn't a serious health issue. I will be forced to find alternatives now.

Not worth it working for this company. They dont value their employees and their HR dept is a joke! To sum them up a employee called me a B**** I reported it for that employee to get promoted?! If you get Covid might as well quit because they dont care about your health nor anyone elses, the max they give is only 5 days.
