This is honestly the most organized and clean Dollar Tree I have ever visited. The aisles are spotless with no carts or piles of boxes blocking the way, which makes shopping so easy and enjoyable. Everything is neatly arranged and easy to find. The staff here is friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Truly a standout store — great job to the team for keeping it so welcoming and well-maintained! Highly recommend!

Can buy things en mass, nice staff, clean and often stocked, but uh.. in cicadia season... gods the amount of them flying around and on the floors was HORRIFYING.

Couldn’t ask for nicer staff. Was in with my 3 kids and they made ever accommodation possible from packing my glass up to helping to my car. Super grateful. Thank you

This Dollar Tree is not the closest to our home but it’s close to places that we go often. It’s very well stocked and organized. They always have plenty of staff on board to help with checkouts. We went to the store on 2/11 and had about 5 things that we had to get. Needless to say we had such a good time that we were there for about an hour and bought 15 items!! Our cashier was Crystal and she was so kind and sweet. She chatted while she checked us out and I told my husband that there not many cashiers around that have such a wonderful personality. She made you feel welcomed and wanting to come back again.

On January 4th, I spent my day rummaging around town in several stores for my weekly Saturday shopping.
I purchased a number of things from many different Dollar Tree locations.
Today with the weather being nice for a Friday in January, I decided to run a few errands which included making returns to the Dollar Tree for items I decided not to keep after all.
Because this Jeffersontown location is the closest and most convenient, I brought maybe 5 items and their receipts here moments ago to complete the returns.
The manager refused, citing that the original purchases were made at different Dollar Trees and I needed to go to each one to receive my refunds.
This is insane because:
1. This policy is not stated in the store nor on the receipts
2. The items are $1.25 each, and to go all over town to return one item here and one item there would be ridiculous and cost me more gasoline than what I'd be gaining from the refunds!
3. I've returned things from other Dollar Trees before and there was no problem doing so
I'm not happy about this and believe that there was more that he could've done in order to assist me with this minor request.

I drove all the way from bullitt county for a particular item that had been sold out in the stores near me. It was 8:50 and the lady had already locked the door and hollered we are closed when I tried to come in. This location needs to have its time changed on to say 8:40 instead of 9:00. :(
