I really can’t say enough good things about Kristin! She is extremely kind and funny (I find the latter to be most important during what can be a stressful experience), and super knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was so impressed with the amount of market research she conducted both before and after our initial meeting. I was also impressed how her and Tim (they make a great team) market properties and leverage all available tools to sell homes. At the end of the day all this research and marketing paid off as I received multiple full-price and over ask offers; I was under contract the weekend my home went on the market! Kristin was a fierce advocate for me during the entire process of me selling my home, she was patient, and always responded to my calls, texts, and emails in a timely fashion. I found Kristin by way of a good friend and I can safely say I would recommend her to my friends and colleagues. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, you should definitely reach out to Kristin!

Kristin & Tim Lally helped me find, negotiate, & close on a new home - they did a wonderful job. They were very professional in keeping me posted of new listings and immediately responded to all of my questions & concerns. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and ethical. Probably most importantly, they're just nice people who never pressured me & always put MY needs above all else. It took about a year for us to find my perfect home, but they were at my side the entire time. I highly recommend them!

Between us and extended family we’ve worked with Kristin five times on both buying and selling. Most recently she helped my husband and I sell our home and played a critical role in helping us land a very favorable final sell price. She explained that although realtors don’t typically attend the appraisals, she likes to do so whenever she can. She educated the appraiser on our home and on the current market since there seemed to be some gaps in his knowledge. I think she ended up speaking to him on like four separate occasions because he kept reaching out with questions and to invite her to speak to other appraisers because he was so impressed with her. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Her and Tim really provide an air of calm to an otherwise stressful process. Our family turns to no one else.

I’m so pleased that I chose Kristin and Tim Lally to help me sell my first home. From the very first meeting, they came prepared with custom pricing for my house, an analysis of comparable homes nearby, and had already drafted a game plan and timeline to get to market. They patiently and graciously answered my MANY questions and made me confident that I was in good hands. Kristin is a staging expert and ensured my home was looking its absolute best for photos and showings. When an unexpected morning storm came in before photo day and I was unable to get come home from work, Tim showed up with a leaf blower and cleared the leaves and sticks to make sure everything looked neat and tidy.Our hard work paid off when we were able to secure multiple offers after only a couple days on the market. Kristin deftly explained the pros and cons of each offer as we negotiated and ultimately made a selection. Once we did, she and Tim booked and clearly communicated the dates and appointments during the escrow period to make sure we reached closing on schedule.Overall, the entire process was a breeze. Kristin and Tim are professional, knowledgeable, and truly advocate for their clients. I’d recommend their services to anyone and wouldn’t dream of working with another realtor when the time comes to purchase my next home.

We used Kristin last year when we bought our house in Louisville - we were not easy buyers (military, out of town, plus I was deployed at the time and communicating from 8 time zones away). Kristin was amazing and made everything easy for us. Her view of the market was spot on, and she helped us jump on a great opportunity to get a beautiful house in Germantown that we loved.We were getting ready to list our house for rent a few months ago, because we were moving yet again, but on a whim asked Kristin what she thought our house could sell for. She told us confidently she could sell it for well above what we paid for it a year ago, and she was right. What's more, she was dead right on every little thing that we needed to do (vs. the "it would be nice" stuff) to make our house stand out. She hit the staging and listing out of the park, and we got multiple offers and sold our house in 4 days.But the best thing about Kristin is her attentiveness. Any question we had, any issue that came up, she was right on it and pressing to get us the information we needed. This was especially important because we had to do a substantial part of both transactions from a distance. She took care of all the little things and gave us tremendous peace of mind.We can't recommend her highly enough.
