Tread carefully when dealing with this provider. Their billing is atrocious. I had my Medicare annual screening which included the blood work. All my Medicare and Insurance information was input in MyChart site. So 12 days later I had follow up blood work performed as directed by the physician. Days after the second blood test I was sent a bill for the second test. The first round of blood work was submitted to Medicare but he second was not. Its hard to figure what the difference was. I assume LabCorp simply ignored the Medicare information the second time and tied to get payment from me. Don't trust your health care provider or inputs from MyChart to be passed along to LabCorp. Make sure you ask if they have or need anything before you schedule with them.

I love this location. This is the only place where I will get my bloodwork done. They're always quick, kind, and gentle. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Fast service by well trained professionals. The Latina woman who did my blood draw was amazing. I have a strong dislike of needles and she got it right the first time, virtually painless.

Quick & efficient visit. Had to go to Labcorp because the original clinic couldn't stick my veins. I was extremely anxious about having to go through the process again, expecting them to stick me multiple times as well. But I hardly felt it at all the second time around - like a pin p***** whereas at the first clinic, it felt more like a bee sting. AND she was able to draw blood on the first try!

My son had to get labs and the staff seriously could not have been more amazing. So thankful for the quick and easy process of check in and getting us back. Appreciate the ladies who went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

These are the facts and they cannot be disputed.1. I looked at online testing options however I was uncertain if some of the tests contained what I needed or if the tests I thought I needed had overlapping test. So I didn't purchase and thought I would ask for assistance when I arrived.2. Receptionist said they weren't able to help me select any test or give clarification of the tests available on line for purchase.3. I've been a regular customer check my sugar levels and psa. After today, I am looking for a new provider.4. So my appt was for today at 9:15. I went online and scheduled a 10am at Anylabtestnow in St Matthew's.Their web portal describes the testing packages in much more detail. And I must mention when you call they answer the phone promptly and are very very helpful.

Ouch! I have a large, round bruise from my bloodwork this morning. My arm hurt immediately upon leaving and it now shows. A couple of highlights and FYIs - this Labcorp sits inside Baptist Health, next to Bearno's on Taylorsville Rd. They have plenty of parking and I was lucky enough to pick the entrance that led quickly to the lab.Booking an appointment must be done online. They take walk-ins but highly discourage it because they put appointments first. Personally, I'd never do a walk-in here. It's hectic and already overbooked. Upon arrival you can check in at a kiosk and have your license scanned. This puts you in line for check-in. This is where the positives taper off. Overall I describe this Labcorp as a "hot mess". The receptionist was overwhelmed with pulling up documents and at one point had a disagreement on the phone with someone's doctor's office. Multiple people are coming and going from a small lobby and almost all the visitors are upset about something ... it was one of the most negative vibe spaces I've encountered for awhile. Probably because it's cramped, the space feels a bit dirty and unpolished.Getting taken back for my blood draw was about 20-25 minutes beyond my appointment time (they book too many people!). I have a needle phobia so my goal was to keep it light but the lab tech didn't seem interested in small talk. She was fairly short and annoyed that I sat in the wrong chair - oh, and she hadn't gotten her coffee either. She noticed I was a bit nervous (deep breaths lol) but kept her shortness with me rather than have empathy I was working through my fight or flight mode with a needle stuck in my arm.Leaving Labcorp was the best part of my day. My son needs blood work soon and I would never bring him here. We'll search for a more put together office even if it's not as conveniently located.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am a medical professional and I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a business establishment. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of doing her job efficiently, she chose to speak loudly to her coworkers about things unrelated to work. The nice lady checking in behind me was totally humiliated by her. She stated she had an appt for a drug screen but hadn’t paid yet and the lady at the front desk said LOUDLY, “this is not a walk in place. You can’t just walk in!” As she proceeded to continuously cut the lady checking in off. I would highly recommend this lady go through some type of training on customer service because she is clearly lacking. LabCorp… you can do better.

Ladies at the front desk are EXTREMELY unprofessional. My insurance information was on my lab order paper. Even gave them the numbers on my insurance card, and they could not process my insurance for nothing. They were very rude, immature, and had no people skills at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS LABCORP. Went straight to the LabCorp on English station road, and had no issues at all whatsoever. Insurance was on my lab order paper, and that was all she needed. Took my blood right away, handed me my stool test kits, with no issues at all whatsoever and I was out the door. This goes to show even further on top of how unprofessional they are, I even went to another place and had no issues AT ALL.

Followed the check in on my phone, waited forever, finally went in and said something. Staff acted like I was an inconvenience. Really wish i chose a different location. Don't understand why I made an appt when they treat you like a walk in.

Just kept getting told “well, I don’t know what to tell you”. About every conflict of the visit. Couldn’t check in? Well I don’t know what to tell you can’t get the email to send? Well I don’t know what to tell you. I would not suggest going to this location if at all necessary. I ended up leaving with no resolution and no blood work taken

I had an appointment about 6 months ago. I had a lot of labs. I got sick, they let me lay down and put a fan on me. Very kind. Today I had a follow up appointment and got in fast. I am normally a difficult patient but she got me on the first stick. 24 vials of blood with no issue. She talked and distracted me, it was over before I knew it.

They were very busy but Stacy was very pleasant and helpful! My doctor’s office had not faxed the needed lab order and she waited patiently while I got everything figured out. She even offered to let me use her phone charger as my phone was low on battery! Thanks Stacy!! ❤️
