“I have shopped at our Kroger in St. Matthews (Hubbards Lane) for over 25 years and think it's a nice place to shop. We have many other grocery options nearby like Whole Foods, Walmart, Target & Trader Joe's (my other go-to). They keep evolving with the times, with curb service groceries, etc. The produce is good quality for the $. The little clinic is handy. Many of the people at this Kroger have been working there a long time and are very friendly. My minor beef is with the deli. It takes forever to get meat sliced. The system they used to have was great because you could order at a kiosk and come back at the end of your shopping to pickup.”

“Typical Walmart with no surprises. I've been here many times over the years with no major problems that I can remember. My recent visits have been pleasantly uneventful, which in Walmart terms is a good thing. My last visit was prompted by a stop at Smartstyle in hunt of a specific hair product. After that went bust, I shopped for a bit. The store was clean and the employees I encountered were friendly. It was during the day and midweek, so it wasn't busy, which can make all the difference. I have no complaints or reasons not to come here, so long as it's not during a really busy time. I avoid that scenario at all costs. #1227/33-2020”
