Yesterday I was informed that my 1 year old was too “dangerous”, and that his teacher and director can’t protect the other kids from him. I was shocked to hear the director say this. Seems as if she shouldn’t be running a daycare or get better staff. How can it be that grown adults cannot protect the other children from a 1 year old. Maybe if the teacher didn’t have her phone stuck in her face, she would be able to pay attention to what’s going on with the kids. Yes my son has scratched and bit one kid, but he has came home plenty of times with scratches, bumps and bruises on his head. I was upset but at the same time I know these are only little kids and those things will happen. Then she goes on to say that he won’t stay in time out. With toddlers you have to reinforce if they don’t listen. Another reason to show that this teacher or owner are not fit to take care of kids. At the end of the day it comes down to the teacher not wanting to be disturbed by my son, because it takes time away from her phone usage. Not to mention at one point this same teacher was trying to get me to report the daycare to the board for something that had happened a couple of months ago. I would not recommend this daycare. My family’s race may come in ti play with this decision as well. The only reason I went there is because we were referred from the infant daycare he went to. That daycare and staff are amazing. I thought it would be the same, but very disappointing that it is not.

This place is amazing. My son went here for years and we loved Jane and Chrissy. He still talks about this place and is in high school now.

I love Our House. My son has been going here since he was 1 and we plan to stay until he goes to kindergarten. We drive from 20 minutes away, each day, because we love this facility so much. Jane and the rest of the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They always know exactly what my son needs and do a fantastic job with him in the preschool setting. They always keep me posted about his progress and behavior. They put a lot of effort into knowing each child's personality and create an atmosphere of open communication with parents. The facility is always clean and well organized. Plus my son loves going here everyday!

So many things wrong with this facility, the staff, the owner and no communication. My child got hurt and I didn’t get a call nor did I get an incident report, nobody could ever update me throughout the day about my child and I always had to tell staff that he needed breakfast. Another mom had a similar issue, not sure what kind of training these people have but I will never recommend another parent go here.
