Tried curbside pick up. What a joke. Had to leave the car. Go inside because I don't have their app. Standing waiting at the exit. Tried calling the member service desk twice. Let it ring for several minutes and no one answered. My order was supposed to be ready at four. It is now 436. No it would not be ready when it said it would be ready and I'm told I need to download the app in order to see the progress.

Irbid location needs a facelift. The gas pumps are all closed for renovations. I'm disappointed that Sam's Club gas is among the highest prices here and in Clarksville. Where we live Sam's gas is generally the lowest prices around. This location is a bit slow to get in and out of, over the years many businesses have popped up around it adding to the traffic congestion.

We ordered a unicorn cookie cake and ended up with this crap! It's too late to do anything about it as we ordered it a week ago and needed it now. It literally looks like a blob of icing! Wtf!

Would be 0 stars but have to give one to leave a review! Went to this Sam's club with my friend--I'm a long time Costco member but have considered switching. We were buying supplies for a local shelter and had a packed cart. When we got to checkout the lady checking us out was very rude. Demanded that I go get another cart and when I asked about the cart in the closed checkout lane behind her that had one empty box in it she said "no, obviously there's something in it." I told her I understood and asked if I go get another cart would they let me back in? Fair question since I do not have a Sams club card on me. She said "I don't know go to the front and figure it out." Luckily I was able to get back in. She proceeds to aggressively shove all of our items to the end of the lane for us-breaking not one but two boxes of tuna open. I understand people have bad days but the attitude and disrespect for our donations was appalling. I won't be returning to Sam's club and will be happily renewing my Costco membership. I refrained from saying the workers name as I'm not in the business of getting people fired.

Ordered tires online, received a text they were in stock 3 days later. Setup a Sunday appointment and was in an out in 40 min. Will definitely be using sams again

New Sam's Mgmt is needed. I tired to resolve pricing issue on Turbo Tax in the store. I had to repeat the story 4 times before talking to the manager Josh. He provided no solution. I was upset since I made a special trip to the store to buy this product. I left the store empty handed. I spend alot of money at this location but will now think twice before shopping again.

Have been calling the store for 3 days trying to see if my tires are in yet. Tire center & customer service WILL NOT answer the phone. I live an hour away so running by the store because they won’t answer is not an option

Every time I'm in this Sam's Club while visiting family, I'm reminded how much they lack in efficiency & customer service in comparison to Sam's Club in my city. I've had trouble getting store associates to help me while watching them chit-chat and laugh with each other and looking everywhere but at me standing there feet away, just staring to wait for eye contact. There is one person checking receipts before you're allowed out the door; prepare to wait a while. My favorite experience at this store was during the height of mask mandates per this Sam's location. I walked in looking for my elderly mother, not even thinking about a mask when a female store employee yelled - yes yelled - "MA'AM, YOU NEED TO PUT ON YOUR MASK!" I apologized & obliged, meanwhile I watched another fully grown adult - male, in fact - walk in right behind me with no mask & the female employee said nothing. Gee, misogyny much? Glad this isn't my Sam's Club.

Bought 4 tires for over $1400, got a screw in the sidewall. A replacement tire takes 7 business days (with no way of tracking it) I can't get to work without my car and sams is showing no effort to a paying member or customer. I will dissuade everyone I know to ever using this place. This is absolutely unacceptable.

If you go in the store to shop, that's a decent experience. However, if you place an order for pickup or delivery, they routinely forget items, and you're still charged. I've been trying to reach someone in customer service for 45 minutes now. NOBODY is answering the phone!! $40 in cookies, lost.

Put lugs on to tight. They broke one of my lugs and wasn’t able to fix it and When I got a flat tire I couldn’t get the lug off because it was to tight, had to get it towed and had to buy a new lug. It is also hard to get ahold of anybody to make an appointment

Ok, Sam's Club is Sam's Club. The store is what it is. There are waits in the checkout on Saturdays and a wait to check you out the door (which I hate!) However, I have to give a good shout out to the Tire and Battery and the Optical Center. Both have staff that are so friendly and helpful. I get my contacts, and sometimes my glasses at Sam's. The people that work there have been there for years, have helped me even when they were technically closed, and are always friendly. Now there have been different people at the Tire and Battery, but once they come from the garage to help, they are all so helpful. Recently we put two tires on my husbands car, and they took it in early and we're done before our original appointment time. This week, we went to order 4 tires for my car. The service guy told us about a promotional deal to upgrade to a plus member. We upgraded to Plus, paid $25 to do that, but saved and additional $75 with coupons and savings. Nice experience.
