Told us we had until the 5th to vacate, then charged us for 5 days anyway. Place is always filthy. Will NEVER go there again. Too many other places that appreciate their customers. This people are just dishonest.

Clean, lit up, quiet area, spacy driving area, very nice place. It has digital entrance, cameras, storage units have lights, key locks supplied, you can even rent uhauls here and I believe it's family owned!

Rudest person I've encountered in my 42 years on this planet. If you can keep from going here, please do yourself a favor and do so... go anywhere else... Hell might have nicer people. She was on the phone when we arrived and did not even turn to acknowledge the door open. When she got off the phone, she seemed as though we had ruined her day. I asked if we could rent a truck, and she said she didnt know ifnshebhad any available. I advised that the uhaul website stated there was some available, she proceeded to inform me that they would not know. She was hateful towards my husband who had to take a short work call ( less than a minute) while in the process of signing paperwork, and was very rude. I will definitely be advising Uhaul of this experience as well.

This entire office smells of cat piss. It was hard to talk, the stench was so thick. We rented a uhaul, and were treated/ charged fairly enough. No experience with their storage rental... but good grief. Scoop the cat box.
