“I’m so grateful for Caldwell Collision! I was in a wreck that not only damaged the exterior of my new car but also affected the control arms and other internal components. Caldwell was thorough, professional, and kind. They also stuck to their promised timeline for repairs.
During the final inspection and alignment, they discovered an additional bent part underneath the car. Instead of delaying things, a team member drove all the way to Louisville and back to pick up the part because it was the only location with it in stock. Talk about going above and beyond!

“During a baseball tournament, my friends and I were walking back from a McDonald’s near our hotel at midnight when a car threatened to shoot and run us over, attempting to hit us three times. A Allens Towing and Service employee, “Scooter,” had earlier helped us order food when the inside of the McDonald’s was closed but the drive through was open, because we did not have a vehicle and walked. After the incident, Scooter then heroically gave us a ride back to our hotel, ensuring our safety as the threatening car lingered nearby. Despite sacrificing his sleep, money, and safety, Scooter’s kindness and quick action made all the difference. His outstanding character reflects the quality of Allen’s Towing Service. I would trust him with any axle, transmission, or thing I need rolling! He didn't know he beat other estimates and he didn't know I was seeking him til after the job was done - he knew the mechanics of it well and I am pleased with service!”
“David and his staff are amazing. I had a stretch of two days of bad luck with my truck. I called David on my way into Danville, they were near closing. They stuck around and got me fixed in a jiffy. The next morning the drive shaft broke at the back of my transmission. I had it towed to Diesel Tech and they jumped on it and got me repaired the same day. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the staff. Highly recommend.”

He gave me a best and worst case scenario and it ended up being best case. Most shops could and would lie about it and take advantage of you but not these guys. “So I have heard good and bad things about this shop.By my experience this shop is top notch on information, knowledge and customer service.I have had service here twice. I'm very mechanically inclined and could do most of the services I have paid for at this shop. I have a Harley Davidson street glide, a very pricey bike and have the opportunity to pay an experienced mechanic to make repairs.Shotgun, the owner mechanic is experienced.He found issues during service I really didn't want to pay to fix but we're definitely needed. I'm sure I would have missed these issues if I had not used shotgun for his service and experience.I have tried several other local shops and not gotten decent service.The Stanford shop did not even look up when I walked inShotgun took time to explain ANYTHING, I asked, even if it delayed service times on bikes.I can't say any other way. I'd recommend service at this shop.I can only hope shotgun takes an apprentice to continue service in his shop.”

“The few that I could not make happy well all you can say is there own mother could not make them happy and out of the thousands of cars I have repaired I do have two haters the James man bought two junk skis that a normal person would not even have but you know these people that buy on te web it's about a dollar and the money so this guy sued people and lost his business after 4 months of running it and you can see why he is a vary cheep person and just wanting to sue peopleto benefit him and steal from others and even the judge seen through him he wanted his parts and money to and you know you can't have both a two year old knows that and he still not on lake cause no body will even fool with him and now you know my side and like I said even the judge seen through him and his suing ways but thx to all the thousands of cars and watercraft I have repaired over 16 years you all are the true coustmors that a small shop is needed and thanks to all !! Even the haters out there the man forgot to put the plugs in three times and sank both skies three times and that was what he sure me over him sinking his units and expected me to fix for free I did twice but not the third time so new boaters put you plugs in and make shire your battery is fully charged lol my other hater out their !!”
