“So I have heard good and bad things about this shop.By my experience this shop is top notch on information, knowledge and customer service.I have had service here twice. I'm very mechanically inclined and could do most of the services I have paid for at this shop. I have a Harley Davidson street glide, a very pricey bike and have the opportunity to pay an experienced mechanic to make repairs.Shotgun, the owner mechanic is experienced.He found issues during service I really didn't want to pay to fix but we're definitely needed. I'm sure I would have missed these issues if I had not used shotgun for his service and experience.I have tried several other local shops and not gotten decent service.The Stanford shop did not even look up when I walked inShotgun took time to explain ANYTHING, I asked, even if it delayed service times on bikes.I can't say any other way. I'd recommend service at this shop.I can only hope shotgun takes an apprentice to continue service in his shop.”

“The few that I could not make happy well all you can say is there own mother could not make them happy and out of the thousands of cars I have repaired I do have two haters the James man bought two junk skis that a normal person would not even have but you know these people that buy on te web it's about a dollar and the money so this guy sued people and lost his business after 4 months of running it and you can see why he is a vary cheep person and just wanting to sue peopleto benefit him and steal from others and even the judge seen through him he wanted his parts and money to and you know you can't have both a two year old knows that and he still not on lake cause no body will even fool with him and now you know my side and like I said even the judge seen through him and his suing ways but thx to all the thousands of cars and watercraft I have repaired over 16 years you all are the true coustmors that a small shop is needed and thanks to all !! Even the haters out there the man forgot to put the plugs in three times and sank both skies three times and that was what he sure me over him sinking his units and expected me to fix for free I did twice but not the third time so new boaters put you plugs in and make shire your battery is fully charged lol my other hater out their !!”

“We basically live on the road.We work nationwide in outdoor hospitality, and general commercial investment, and property management / maintenance.We were in Missouri when we decided we needed to purchase a new truck, so we can be somewhat reliable when we need to move, or move large rvs / trailers. A lot of the time from one coast to the other.My wife looked around the country and found what we wanted for the best price here at Bob Allen. When I called and got Brittney on the phone I knew immediately we were bout to drive to Kentucky.She was down to earth, attentive, straight forward, honestly her personality is perfect for the career she’s in. I talked to several salespeople over this purchase across the country, Brittney is a 10, there are a lot of 1s, some that should be a negative number.We had the entire deal done on the phone within a day or too, she was incredibly communicative and understood what we wanted. We drove from Odessa Missouri to this location once we had a deal.I told Brittney I had a dog, she said to bring her so we did. We got there and were met by Brittney and all the other super friendly staff there.The deal was exactly what was agreed on the phone, the finance lady was super nice with no high pressure or nonsense.It was one of the smoothest no nonsense car buys I’ve ever experienced, all with a 16ish hour drive each way, 2 kids, the wife, and a dog.I can imagine when this Ram hits 100k or in the hi 90s we will come back here and purchase another, if we are still working in this field.They have a beautiful hi end showroom, we have been to 46 states in the last 5 years, all the while driving Rams that need servicing, I have been to minimally 30 Ram dealers, this is my third Ram purchase, over that time, this showroom and store layout are the best I’ve seen by far!They also have some of the nicest model cars out if you’re looking for nicer vehicles.They had a hellcat in the showroom, they had a Hummer EV in a glassed in room, they had Rams from tradesman to higher optioned ones. There was a lot more but I can’t recall.I’m actually glad I work in the field I’m in, or I would be in trouble with these cars lol.Thanks Bob Allen and team, especially Brittney, and the finance lady, y’all are efficient, friendly, no nonsense, and appreciated!”
