Just called the store for some technical help, the gentleman who answered fixed our issue in less than 5 minutes.
We had already spent 20 minutes with AT&T customer care right before this, and they weren't any help at all.
Calling the store is way more helpful!

Absolute garbage Not this location's fault company's fault. I had a military discount, paperless, billing and autopay. There was a screw up and somehow my internet had got turned off so they sent me new equipment. The new account was for $90 a month and they didn't have my military. My paperless, or my autopay. They claimed it would go on their 2 billing cycles later, and it's now almost 8 billing cycles, and it's not on there fast forward to today. My internet is at a $100 and some change, and I had a payment plan set up and they did not care. They went ahead and suspended my account. And charged me another $100. Shady business practices, absolutely terrible customer service.A hundred percent would not recommend

We recently switched to AT&T for our wireless needs and couldn't be happier! The staff at La Grange, KY have ALL been knowledgeable and so helpful at getting us switched over. We're lucky to have employees like Ryan, Alexis, and Lane here close to home to help when need be.

Alexis was amazingly helpful! I went to another ATT store earlier that day and they were not so helpful… Alexis made sure I was able to take advantage of all specials that were going on so I left feeling like I got a great deal on my new phone. Also, She, and everyone there, was patient with me and my lack of tech knowledge! Thanks guys!
