I found my vehicle online while just searching for something specific. Quetin was my salesman and he was awesome. Robby and Karen in service was very nice in scheduling me and helping me get all my protective coating done on my new truck. I have no complaints. Thank guys

If buying a car from a dealership could feel like buying from a close friend, then this is the place to go. Vickie, Mike, and of course the owner Fred (to only name a few) all balance professionalism and experience, with just down to earth trustworthiness.I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Silverado ZR2, and will recommend only Champion to all my friends and family! :)

Bought a pre owed Volvo there last week. Todd Waits is all I need to say if you need a pre-owned car. (I’m sure he does new as well). Todd is awesome and gotta be one of the best car sales people you will ever meet. The whole experience at Champion is really good. Not high pressure and not pushy.

Last month i took a car in for service here, and then I also purchased a car from Champion Buick a few days ago and both experiences exceeded my expectations. Jay in service, thanks again for your help getting our car working as fast as possible.Todd over at the used car part of the dealership across the road,it was a pleasure working with you on our purchase. This was the fastest and easiest car I've bought, and it really liked that it never felt like a high pressure sales dealership you find other places.ill definitely be back here for my next car purchase.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I will never do business with Champion Service Department again. I wish I had read the reviews about this before we already committed to taking our car in for service here.We took our 2018 Chevy Traverse in for a 50,000 mile service and with some complaints on the car. We were told that everything looked good. Fast forward 5 months ahead (when the warranty has expired), we started having problems with our car. Called to schedule an appointment with the service department (dealing with Tony) and we were told that our transmission was going out and gave an estimate. The day after having our car in for service we were not even able to drive it without problems. After dealing with GM warranty department and working with Tony in the service department, we were finally given the green light to get the transmission fixed. We dropped off our car on 9/12 and was told that it should be 2-3 days before the transmission gets fixed. We have been calling Tony for a week leaving messages every time and still have no call back. It's been over 2 weeks and we have no update on our vehicle and can't get a hold of Tony to even get an update on our car.After finally reading the reviews now I'm afraid that we are going to get our car back and the problem isn't even going to be fixed. This has been absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever dealt with and will not be doing business here again and I'd warn people from doing the same.

Had an excellent experience with Billy Sean. He was transparent and a pleasure to work with, considering that we were out of state and did most of the business through the phone. Once we touched down in Kentucky, it was a 30 minute process and out the door. 7/7 would recommend.

Had an appointment for my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox on Monday 8/21 for a routine transmission flush (for warranty), spark plugs, and to look at a suspension issue. Drop car off as soon as they opened for my appointment. Tony was my advisor. Monday came and went didn’t hear anything, called Tuesday left messages and didn’t hear anything. Finally, on Wednesday got a call that they were just starting to work on it. Completed transmission flush and found issue with suspension (had to order parts for this issue so was planning to take it back on 8/28). Was able to pick up my car on Thursday 8/24. Husband drove it home, it was not shifting right. Took it to Cincinnati on Friday 8/25, started to shift worse. Called the shop immediately. Told them the issues and that we were planning on dropping it off on Monday and asked if they could look at transmission again. We were first told it could take 500 miles to “re-learn”, then told 800 miles, then when I spoke with the service manager said anywhere between 800-1000. Took car back in on 8/28 for suspension and to look at transmission. Again no communication, left several messages and never received calls back. Picked up the car was still having shifting issues told again to give it 1000 miles. Drove to Cincinnati and back 2 times, went to Nashville and back, drove to Cincinnati and back 2 times this week, well over 1000 miles. Called today 9/8 to let them know it was still not shifting right. They said they would look at it but couldn’t get back in until Thursday 9/14, that is unacceptable. Took the car in for routine maintenance, and it is not driving correctly. Have had horrible customer service.

This was such a wonderful experience to have when trading our old vehicle for a newer vehicle. Chris Henson was an exceptionally nice and personable sales rep with whom both I and my husband could relate. He didn't try to push us into anything and worked to get us into what we really wanted! There was no high pressure, no anxiety or dickering back and forth. We left the dealership without buying that evening in order to discuss the financial commitment, change in insurance, and verify the vehicle amenities before making such an expensive investment.Chris at Champion worked to give us the very best value for our trade-in and I have to say, before we got 10 miles down the road, we called Chris back and left a message that we would like to take the vehicle. He called us back promptly that same evening to schedule an appointment to complete the transaction the very next day.When we drove away in our "new" vehicle, I was happy and sad. Happy that such a stressful transaction went so smoothly, and yet sad to say good-bye to our old vehicle, which was my dream pickup truck. Thank you Chris for making this such as pleasurable experience. We love working with a dealership that makes us feel like family!!

We had a fantastic experience at Champion. We had been looking at Jeep Gladiators for months. We had a deal worked out with another dealer and they pulled tired old dealer tricks so we left. I saw a Gladiator at Champion we thought we wanted so I made an appointment to see it. We got there and drove it and it wasn’t what we wanted. Billy at Champion knew pretty much what we wanted after talking to us, so while we were test driving the Gladiator, he pulled out a Wrangler Moab that checked ever single box we had except the truck bed. He had it started up, with the top and windows down, ready for us to drive. We drove it and were instantly hooked. From there, Champion was excellent. There was zero pressure. There were zero dealer games. They held it for us with a small deposit, they gave us a respectable amount on our trade (which was a custom F-250 so no dealer was going to give me market) and got me out the door pretty much where I wanted to be. After we signed papers, the battery lost its life and they immediately stepped up and corrected it, which they did not have to do on a used vehicle. Every aspect of our experience was excellent and I will 100% look to them first on my next purchase.

Tony is the reason we drive from Carrollton to have any work done on any of our vehicles. The whole team goes beyond to make sure you’re completely happy! We will never go to the local Chevy dealership again! We will gladly drive 30 minutes to Champion!Billy Sean is a great asset to your team as well! We’ve purchased 2 vehicles within a month. My brother in law purchased a vehicle a day after I did!Best dealership we have ever worked with!!!!

Above and beyond service. Had a combo flat tire and dead battery on a day that was jam packed with high priority work and they squeezed me in after lunch. They got me a warranty battery and the best price I’d found on a new tire in the city of Louisville since it had already been determined it could not be repaired. Those poor guys in the service office are incredibly nice and work so hard. I just wish they weren’t so burdened with stacks and stacks of paperwork. I would have been on my way even faster if not for the paperwork delays. In 2023 there has to be a better way.
